Appreciate all the really kind messages folks. I don’t want to make this about me, i just wanted to let people know why the podcast hasn’t been updated and why I’ve been a bit slow in getting back to people. There are some wonderful people on here, thank you sincerely. Enjoy your life folks, when my mate put his shoes on on Friday, he never imagined someone else would be taking them off that night.
