It's gambling, if you try and make profit of it or try to find that lottery-win tier card. It's a hobby. If you collect cards to make up a collection and trade your excess cards for ones you're missing from collection. It's addiction. If either option makes you bankrupt.

Also you can sometimes 5x your money from packs, never from double cheeseburgers
