The neighbor is under the idea that she owns part of this woman’s property and even hired a survey service to survey the property lines. But when the surveyor came out, the neighbors personal assistant came with her too as a means to spy and attempt to influence the outcome of this survey. The woman was upset with the surveyor saying the assistant can’t be there and something tells me the assistant knew she wasn’t supposed to be there because she was refusing to give her name.
