$94m??? In my country this will cost the whole national budget plus money borrowed from IMF, world bank, ADB, China, EU bank, CBN, Islamic bank and including printing of extra notes.

This "4-Tier" interchange cost $94m in Ghana, while this Second Niger Brodge cost over $300M in Nigeria Nigerians, these una politicians are doing you Shege! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

But why? The traffic isn't much to justify building that confusion. And the neighborhood looks shaby. I bet they're proud of this, a simple 4way stop could been sufficient to address those eleven cars that passes there every minute.
