Polar bears at a dump because that’s what bears do. They follow their noses to the smell.

That’s not true. Polar bears or bears in general will often raid unsecured garbage dumps for easy food access. Most bears in indigenous dump sites get shot as they become threat to residences. Secure the dump site with a proper fence and the bears will go back to hunting.

Polar bear population has increased by a factor of 4 to 6, depending on which estimate you trust. This is normal behavior to get easy food. Please stop spreading fear and misinformation

Not true and you know it. Easy meal that's all it is like black bears at the dump. So many polar bears in Canada their population is up!

Umm..this looks like a landfill. *any* hungry animal will be attracted to this amount of garbage searching for food. There's no evidence of this being due to their habitat or food sources being destroyed. If anything, humans need to stop dumping their trash all over the place.
