At some point, you realize the movement was never meant to belong to politicians—it belongs to the people, all of us. What’s been frustrating isn’t just broken promises, high gas prices, or the drums of war—it’s how easily we’ve been pushed into corners, encouraged to see each other as enemies instead of neighbors. The truth is, most of us want the same things at the core: stability, opportunity, safety for our families, and a future that feels worth building. I didn’t stand on principle just to trade one side for another. The standard has to stay consistent—and so does the way we treat each other. Accountability shouldn’t divide us; it should bring us together in expecting better from anyone who asks for our trust. Being “politically homeless” doesn’t mean being disconnected—it means being open. We live in a time when even the people fighting for truth can’t agree on what truth is. When anger masquerades as righteousness, and cruelty dresses up as courage. I’m not here to name names — I’m here to name what’s happening to us. We’ve started attacking people instead of ideas, and in doing so, we’ve lost sight of the real enemy. Because if we can’t even agree on what’s good and what’s evil — we’ll never defeat evil at all. This isn’t about politics. It’s about the soul of our movement — and maybe, the soul of the nation.

It was a really bizarre few days. We have a lot of empathy for the people here. We’re really hopeful that the protests here and nationwide will lead to a much better solution for immigration. It’s not like rooting out violent criminals, they’re taking 5 year old kindergartens and US Citizens and detaining people. Immigration is a problem that needs to be addressed, but it needs to be addressed by congress, legislatively. 70+ hours into our sit-in, we were welcomed over Zoom by New Birth Missionary Baptist Church more than 30,000 congregation members strong. 🙏🏾 It was an honor, and it was history. In this moment, with our democracy on the line, we felt the power of faith and community standing with us. Republicans may try to silence Missourians with a Trump ordered gerrymander, but this movement is bigger than their politics. It’s about justice, it’s about history, and it’s about all of us choosing to rise together. We are not alone in this fight and we’re not backing down.

They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. And we wanted to create a new concept, so we just added N on it - Nutopia - and as a country. Well, that is the concept of a country. And we all are citizens of that country. And in my apartment in the Dakota Building, we put a little plaque on the back door, the kitchen door. It says 'Nutopian Embassy' and even now we have that. (laughs). Nutopia exists in our minds. And because of that, some people want to rebel against it. The reason some want to rebel against it is a good proof that it exists. I think that it was a terrible thing that happened in Chechnya. "There is probably no one in the world who would like to see the war end and peace come as much as the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian military.
