Black Project Physicist Eric W. Davis says that conventional physics doesn't allow for longitudinal (scalar) electromagnetic waves. Then at the end he says, "there are very specific rare cases of plasmas, and near fields... where there can be a brief longitudinal component of the electromagnetic field." Scalar waves could also be considered gravitational ripples through the Aether. These scientists are very careful in the wording they choose to avoid scrutiny.
