As tough as this may be on the poor, rules are rules. If the govt says no selling on a certain street, then that should be respected. Being poor isn’t an excuse to ignore the law or act disorderly.

Bus stops and pathways are not for vendors to start selling.. people can't move freely because of these vendors there are flee markets for a reason. People need to start doing things the right way no one is stopping them from selling but it should be at the right place.
