Saying "I will bite my tongue on that response" is infact not biting your tongue. It's a passive aggressive response. The type a child gives. Like when their dad tells them to apologize to their sibling for doing something stupid. These are the supposed "professional heroes."

The general public has no idea : The job attracts the most ego driven .. power hungry .. the most deprived people .. There are No More peace officers .. they escalate every chance they get

I got stopped by a cop like that. He was a complete dick until I dropped a relatives name. He knew he was wrong and was embarrassed. No character.

Picture perfect interaction. The critical statement is "See you in court". Any action that does not directly support that goal is effectively useless. I'm a private investigator, not an attorney, but I know an apology is an admission of guilt. And a cause of legal action.

That guy was a BOSS dealing with that cop though. He did go too far trying to get the cop a ticket for going too fast without a siren, but I do like him and his belief they should be treated as equals. The ego on that cop, man.

This should be automatic imprisonment and termination with loss of license. He has shown he has no business being a cop. He can't even apologize for kidnapping this man at gunpoint and violating his rights. But as always nothing will happen. There are states that are introducing laws now where if a cop tries to arrest you illegally you can just shoot him. Now it's legal on paper, but how that plays out in practice is a different matter. Because you are effectively dealing with an armed gang with government backing who having us versus them mentality. You can literally have a cop break into your home and rape your children and if you shoot him the other cops who show up are just going to shoot first and ask questions not at all because they just see a guy in their uniform with their colors dead. And even if you aren't killed immediately on the spot the state will then move to put you in prison for the rest of your life. And that's not even counting the potential for the police to just come back with the cameras off and get back on the guy who made one of theirs room temperature. Now you might be thinking I'm being over the top and exaggerating these scenarios and stuff but that is not the case Go look into the history of the rampart division in Los Angeles The government literally had to shut it down because it was so utterly fucking dirty. Every department is like this, This one just stopped pretending and let the mask fall off.

Bullshit. You are talking about less than 1% of less than 1% of all stops. The FBI statistics don't lie. With that said, are all officers always right? No. And I think most of them will admit that. These things happen. No one is perfect. That's why we have judges instead of the officers being judge, jury and executioner. That guy will get his day in court. It's always good to know your rights and to know the law of the state you are in.

After the blm RIOTS, it has become harder to get good quality people to be cops. Mostly losers and woke a**holes take the job and this is what we get.

I see county Sheriff Deputies, local PD, driving while talking on their phones, texting, speeding, running red lights, U-Turns and all kinds of traffic violations they’d pull you over for and ticket you. No lights, no emergency.

It still baffles me how we as a society allow these people to put on a costume every day that gives them certain “privileges” to violate us at will with very little consequences. They are a step above mall cops who really only serve the district they work for not the citizens.
