All this because he couldn’t stop someone for allegedly running a stop sign. They’re acting like they’re were in hot pursuit of a violent criminal.

She didn't do anything wrong. She was just doing her job. There's no way she should be arrested.

The gate goes down on its own it’s not like she shut it. Each employee uses their badge to open the gate then it closes automatically. The lady was just doing her job. They did all this over a fvcking ticket. Not like the guy had drugs on him or something.

If it was a serious crime, they would've driven through the gate. Because it wasn't serious, they had no authority to enter the private property without a warrant.

This entire situation must have been very confusing for her, but I 100% believe she should have opened the gate when told that the officer is trying to pull a vehicle over.

Easy to say who’s right when the chargers were dropped

And from what I can gather the truck is already went through the gate and a few seconds later the cop pulled up it wasn't like the cop was right on the guy's bumper and she shut the gate between them. A cop even admitted that the truck pulled in and stopped and then the cops showed up

She worked security at a private gate and followed her boss’s rules. She did not refuse the officer. She only said she needed to call her boss first. The officer told her to open the gate or go to jail. This does not automatically mean she obstructed the officer.

there is no "safety place" in a traffic stop. otherwise people could just do whatever they wanted to and pull into a private lot. that makes no sense lol

So let's completely screw this woman's life up because she didn't understand what was going on. These pigs are something else. Educate her and move on.

Cop should send citation in the mail to the address listed on the tag that his dash cam would have caught.

Lange v. California, speeding is a nonviolent misdemeanor and does not allow warrantless entry into private property. "Hot pursuit" only applies to misdemeanors that involve direct evidence of weapons or will to do harm.
