The officers caught up with the individual and gave him commands to stop, but the perpetrator ignored them. The officers eventually apprehended the suspect, who then brandished a knife at them. Despite receiving multiple commands to drop the knife, the suspect refused. As the suspect goaded the officers to shoot him, they deployed their tasers, but unfortunately, it was ineffective. The suspect then advanced towards the officers, who opened fire on him. The suspect was shot, and two civilians were grazed by stray bullets.
