After visiting the Nigeria Police Force Commissioner in Lagos earlier today Seun Anikulapo Kuti was arrested , handcuffed and taken to SCIID in Panti by Nigeria Police Force officers apparently for further investigations and possible detention over his altercation with a police officer on the 3rd mainland bridge.
