When I was younger I used to think poly couples were just above jealousy and that jealousy was possessive and immature. Now I know they experience it too but just suffer through it rather than being honest about their feelings and setting boundaries. Anyone who doesn’t experience it either doesn’t love their partner or is a psychopath 😂

Is this actually Poly? Just sounds like an open relationship. The goal obviously isn't anything serious or long-term if it's still just the two of them after 13 years. This is more like swingers.

She's just in a beneficial arrangement with her husband, where most likely, she's the one benefitting less. She's also talking like she's still trying to convince herself that she is okay with it, which creeps me out.

Unsurprisingly, opening up the relationship was HIS idea and she never knew about the concept before he brought it up. 🥲

Polygamous is not the same as Swing. This sounds more like Swing. You should never open your relationship if you are going to feel angry, jealous, or insecure.

I’ve been telling y’all polygamy only caters to men, I have never seen a cis straight woman in polyamorous relationship with 2+ men.
