Bitcoin isn’t. She says roughly ~70% of $BTC is held by long-term holders, not institutions, and only a small portion trades daily. That supply isn’t there to “bail out” Wall Street. Bitcoin is voluntary, permissionless, and can move outside the financial system entirely -- even without the internet. Wall Street can participate, but it can’t control the supply. That’s the difference.
