But this is what this generation of men want…. That’s why they keep comparing girls of this days to our mother who are suffering and smiling…. Survive the next day with the shield of indifference they have developed…. Sadly a lot of marriages are here….. when the society tells one; you are the man, you are allowed to do whatever you want and then tell the other; you are the woman, a woman endures and build her home….. she be plastic or wood…. So one end up killing the part of them that makes the marriage unbearable to be able to cope with the other…. In this case mostly women. I don’t know how the boy child never saw this in most our mothers.

Indifference is a defensive mechanism. One just accepts things they can't change and I don't think it is totally bad.

I don’t think you have the moral authority to say this, how many years have u been married? lol come back in the next 20 years if you would say the same… understanding each other may seem like indifferent too

Funny enough I know a couple like this, Their marriage is like 40 years plus and they are wealthy. Husband cooks his food and has session of the house same as Wife. They only come together for occasions like their Children’s wedding. They’re basically Room mates🙂‍↕️

I disagree.. Intolerance is the number one cause of divorce. Our parents tolerated each other because they always had interest in the union and that’s why they lasted.
