The Game speaks on the traumatic incident involving his father and his sister that led to him being transferred into foster care. He says he had no idea it happened, one night, his dad came home high on her0in, and his sister, who was 11 at the time, was lying in their parents bed. His Dad mistook his sister for his mum and he started touching her inappropriately, the next day his sister reported in school. He adds that since that day he resented his father cos that incident ripped the family apart. “I had no idea, i was oblivious to it. One night my sister went to get in my parents bed, so my dad came home high off her0in, and he thought my sister was my mum, so what he did was pull her closely to him, kinda like fell asleep. So the next day went to school told the teacher she was touched inappropriately, then they came and got us all apart. I had resentment to him from that day on because we was stripped from my mother’s care, ripped apart forever”

Case File - The Intruder Exhibit No - 333 Evan was the ultimate college heartthrob — an 18-year-old wrestler with sun-kissed blonde hair, a ripped athletic body, and that effortless charm that turned heads everywhere he went. He was spending a perfect afternoon with Chloe, his high school sweetheart, laughing and stealing kisses… until she had to head off to her shift. “See you tonight, babe,” she said with a smile. One last deep kiss and she was gone. Evan had no idea that The Intruder — a sadistic serial killer who hunted attractive young men — had been watching him for hours. And now, he had chosen his next victim. Alone in the house, Evan stripped down to his tight orange underwear, revealing every sculpted muscle. He lounged on the bed, scrolling his phone before calling Chloe. His voice was low and flirty as he teased her, completely unaware of the danger. Moments earlier, The Intruder had silently slipped inside. Hidden in the shadows, he watched the blonde jock stretch out in nothing but those bright orange briefs. The killer’s breathing grew heavy. He couldn’t resist — he pleasured himself while listening to Evan’s playful dirty talk with his girlfriend. When Evan finally hung up and climbed off the bed to head to the bathroom, he walked right past the intruder’s hiding spot. In a flash, a ligature whipped around his thick neck. Evan fought hard — the powerful wrestler bucking, twisting, and clawing at the cord — but the killer was stronger and more prepared. The struggle was brutal… and short. Evan’s muscular body went limp. The Intruder carried the dead jock back to the bed and laid him out like a trophy. He ran his hands slowly over the warm, still body, savoring every inch of the handsome wrestler he’d just claimed. Then he disappeared into the night… leaving Evan’s perfectly posed corpse for Chloe to discover when she got home. #serialkiller #fiction

Christian Bale who normally weighed around 80kg, had to reduce his weight to 54kg for his role in "The Machinist" (2004). He had to increase his weight to play Batman in "Batman Begins" (2005). To increase his weight, He was lifting really heavy weights and just stuffing so much into his mouth. His body was under so much pressure that he could feel it. To fill out his Batman suit, Bale stuffed himself with food and when he was not eating, he was in the gym. His doctor said to him, 'You are going nuts. You have to slow down'." But when he arrived on the set of 'Batman Begins', he was 100kg, well overweight. According to Bale, Nolan had no idea who Bale was when he arrived to the set with his long hair. "When Nolan got close he was like 'Holy f... You look like Grizzly Adams. What's going on?'" Nolan then asked him to get a little leaner. Michael Caine was stunned too, especially after seeing him as a young man in "The Machinist" & "American Psycho". He felt Bale looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Some of the English members in the crew joked, "'Hey Chris, what film are we making here? Fatman?'." ("Bale turns to fatman", Sydney Morning Herald, 2005) P.S: On this day, 21 years ago, Christopher Nolan's "Batman Begins" (2005) premiered in Tokyo, Japan.

soobin said that when he used to work out before, his goal was to make his body thick & buff because he’s really skinny and he also wanted the fit of his clothes to look cooler but during his long break this time, he rewatched a lot of videos from debut till now and he doesn’t remember when exactly but during ‘the killa’ he wore a really tight outfit and his arms were really pumped at the time so he looked really rough and big…but he didn’t think that looked good on him. he said that off-stage, he thought he had a good body and it looked cool but he doesn’t think it looked good with the idol outfits they’d wear on stage and that made his dance moves look less complete and heavy so when he started working out again this time, he told them that he wants to maintain his size while making only his frame grow wider: 🐰 they told me not to say ridiculous things 🐿️ that is kinda a ridiculous thing to say…it’s like saying you want to lose weight on only your face but taehyun said that he understands exactly what soobin is saying because soobin’s arms grow really quickly and arms are what make people look buffer and if it’s a short-sleeved shirt or a tank top it looks even more like that; soobin said that although he’s been working out 4-5 days a week lately, his goal is to not get bigger but still make his body better!

This man was in the gym flexing his massive physique during a posing session. He’s shirtless and oiled up, hitting every classic pose from double biceps to side chest and turning to show off his back while other lifters stand around watching and filming. He looks completely confident and ripped the whole time. I give him props for building a body like that, would you ever get on stage and pose in front of a crowd like him?

🇬🇧 They whipped him 1,500 times through the streets of London. Then they gagged him in a pillory. He still had pamphlets in his pockets. He threw every page into the crowd. Gagged, bleeding, locked in wood. He was still talking. His name was John Lilburne. A twenty-three-year-old printer from Sunderland. His crime: publishing books the government banned. They threw him in the Tower of London. He wrote eighty pamphlets from his cell. His wife Elizabeth smuggled every one out. Walked through the prison gates with his words hidden under her cloak. The more they punished him, the more people listened. In 1640, one man in Parliament freed him. Oliver Cromwell. Nine years later, Cromwell charged him with treason. The penalty was death. October 1649. The London Guildhall, packed to the walls. Twelve ordinary people heard the case. Not guilty. The crowd cheered for thirty minutes. Soldiers in the streets sounded their trumpets. They struck medals and put every juror's name on the back. Cromwell banished him from England for life. He came back. Treason. Again. Twelve ordinary people. Not guilty. Again. Cromwell interrogated every juror individually. Every single one held firm. They imprisoned him anyway. On an island. Without trial. He died at forty-three. But here's what Cromwell couldn't kill. The word Lilburne gave us: freeborn. You are born with rights no government can take away. Your right to silence? His refusal in the Star Chamber. Your right to a jury? His jury in the Guildhall. A hundred and thirty years later, Americans wrote them into law. A printer's apprentice. Whipped. Gagged. Imprisoned. Tried. Banished. Tried again. They didn't teach you his name. We aren't afraid to print it. Be part of us. Be Proud Of Us. 🇬🇧

VIDEO | Hyderabad, Telangana: Tanvi Kuncha, sister of 28-year-old Anshul Kuncha who was shot dead in US, requests the Ministry of External Affairs to expedite the repatriation of Anshul’s mortal remains. The bereaved sister says, "The only request that I have from the External Ministry of Affairs is to bring back my brother's body as soon as possible. Initially they told us that the body would be brought back by Monday or Tuesday, but now we are getting an estimate of Thursday or Friday and we do not want to keep his body back there for so long. My brother was a very happy, joyous person and the sweetest person that you would ever meet...." She added, "He went to do his masters in Business Analytics in Drexel University, and then he got a full-time job at an MNC. He used to work as a part-time in this pizza delivery shop while he was doing his masters, but only on the weekends. What we know is that he was called to a vacant house and once he delivered the pizzas and was heading back to his vehicle, he was shot in his head from behind."

HAHAHAHAHA! Kendall George tagged up on THAT flyball, and was safe BY A MILE! I literally think he outran the ball while it was in flight. Then he scored on a medium flyball by Nevin to center, and made it look TOO easy. Talk about get on, get over, get in, he's a ONE MAN show doing that. And, oh, by the way, George had two hits, AGAIN, both of them to the opposite field, AGAIN, he raised his average to .323, and his on-base percentage is .412. He's also scored 35 runs in 33 games. Talk about building your game around your "carrying tool", well, how about THIS! Kendall has a 52.1% oppo%, and then, to combine with that, his ground ball rate is 69.2%. Ground balls to the left side and run like the wind works when you have HIS speed. #dodgers #dodgersprospects #kendallgeorge

Jamie Dimon was fired by his own mentor, then sank half his net worth, $60 million, into a broken Chicago bank almost no one had heard of. He turned it into JPMorgan, the most valuable bank in the world. This is Dimon on the firing that ended his career at the top and started it over from scratch, and the night he had to tell his kids: He had spent thirteen years with Sandy Weill building Citigroup into one of the biggest financial companies on earth, and was widely expected to run it. Instead, Weill fired him. That night, while he was hosting a hundred people in his apartment, he pulled his young daughters aside. "The youngest one says, Daddy, do we have to sleep on the streets? And the middle one was always obsessed with college. Can I still go to college? And the oldest one said, great, since you don't need it, can I have your cell phone?" Two years later a headhunter called about Bank One, a troubled $30 billion Chicago bank next to the $200 billion Citigroup he had just left. He took the job, and did something nobody had seen a new CEO do. He put $60 million, half his net worth, into its stock. "I was going to be the captain of the ship. I was going to go down with the ship. I made it clear to everyone I was here permanently." He fixed it. Four years later it merged into JPMorgan, and he has run that bank ever since, building it into the most powerful financial institution in America. Bookmark & watch ↓

A dog was swept away by the river during flooding and got trapped in the strong current. When the water level went down, he was left stuck in the thick mud, silt and sludge that had settled there. Only his head was above the surface, while his entire body was buried underneath, and he couldn’t get out. He had been trapped there for 3-4 days without food or water. Weak, injured and unable to escape, he was slowly losing his strength. Then some people spotted what looked like a dog trapped in the mud. They risked their own lives, went deep into the swamp-like silt and started digging through the mud. After searching and digging, they finally pulled the dog out and saved his life. If they hadn’t spotted him, a little more time could have cost him his life. Huge respect to these people. They risked their own lives to save a helpless animal. Humanity at its best.

Imagine a man who believed in you so much that as they put nails through his hands and feet, he begged the creator to forgive them, "for they know not what they do" That man suffered immensely for you. The night before, he sweat blood. The following day, they beat him with spiked whips and chains until he had hundreds of wounds.... then they layed him on a cross and nailed him to it while they mocked him.... And the entire time, he was praying for their salvation. He was dying for yours and mine. He replaced a debt we could never pay with his own blood. Imagine if that was just a man. You'd call him a hero..... You'd hang ribbons on his gravestone and build statues in his honor.... But he wasn't just a man. 3 days later he rose from the dead and scattered his followers to all corners of the world to spread the good news. Christ is King..... and he is waiting for you with open arms to join his kingdom.

Pat Riley recalls pushing Shaq and Dwyane Wade to be better and fitter "When Shaq came here he wanted to be here. The first thing I did was weigh him. He was 383 pounds and about 14% body fat. I knew Shaq had one more in him. By the end of the year he was 323 pounds and 12% body fat. 60 pounds lost. He played better that first year than anyone expected. We got beat in the Eastern Conference Finals in Game 7 against Detroit, but he was committed and he stayed that way." "Dwyane was the consummate professional. I never had a problem with weight or body fat with Dwyane. He was off the charts physically, athletically, and in his discipline." "But Dwyane had a tough road growing up and he's told his story a lot so I don't need to repeat it. I had tremendous compassion and empathy for what he went through and how he got away from being sucked into that life. By the time he arrived in Miami to be the face of the franchise, he didn't have the life tools that come from a stable upbringing. He arrived very raw. And look at him now."

Joy Taylor reveals that she was financially supporting her boyfriend, yet he still cheated on her with a stripper. 💔 🗣️ “I was financially supporting a boyfriend, and he was sitting on the couch playing video games. This went on for about a month because I kept telling him, ‘Don’t worry about it. I’ve got the bills.’ I was covering everything while he stayed home. Eventually, I had to tell him, ‘Okay, look, it’s been a while. We need to figure something out. You need to get a job.’ I even gave him some money and told him to go out, get a drink, and clear his head. The very next day, he went out and cheated on me with a stripper! with the money I had given him. I was supporting him, taking care of the bills, and trying to help him get back on his feet, only to be betrayed in the worst way.”

#WATCH | Delhi | Judge dies by suicide in Safdarjung | Father-in-law of Judge Aman Kumar Sharma's sister says, "... I spoke to my son on the call who told me that they are taking Aman to Safdarjung Hospital. By the time I reached the hospital, the doctor had already declared him dead... As per the statement given by his father to the Police, around 10 pm last night, Aman had called him saying that he was distressed and it had become difficult for him to continue living. His father departed from Alwar right then and reached here around 12 in the night. Upon arriving, he learned that Aman had been having conflicts with his wife. He told his father that he had been harassed for the last two months. His wife (Swati) is a judicial officer, and her sister is an IAS officer (Nidhi Malik) currently posted in Jammu. According to Aman, Nidhi Malik had been interfering in his life, and she was controlling his household... Aman's father said that his daughter-in-law told him that if you don't leave from here, she would call the police... The next morning, Aman's father tried to contact his daughter-in-law's parents, but they had blocked his phone... Then an argument broke out in the house. So Aman's father went to the other room. According to him, Swati was extremely angry and shouting, while Aman was crying. After a while, the noise stopped. He waited for a while, thinking that the argument had been resolved. When he went to check up on them after some time, he asked Swati about Aman's whereabouts, to which she replied that she did not know. .. When he called Aman's mobile, he heard it ringing inside the bathroom. He knocked on the bathroom door and asked him to open the door. During this, Yudhvir (Swati's chacha) and Nidhi Malik arrived. They tried a lot, banged the furniture against the door, but the door didn't open. Then the neighbours told them that there was a window in the shaft. So they got a ladder. The guard Shankar climbed the ladder, broke the window and entered the bathroom. He found Aman hanging... Aman was 30 years old..."

As always, while watching some scenes from the episode, I get this déjà vu. And this time it happened during the hospital scene. I’m honestly 100% sure that the earlier almost miscarriage situation was intentional. It felt like they wanted to show us Serhat’s reaction when his child and the woman carrying his child were in danger and then later contrast it with his reaction when the woman he truly loves, the other half of his soul, is the one fighting for her life. I will never stop appreciating Ilhan’s acting. From episode one people doubted him, saying he only had one expression. But back then that was Serhat… the controlled doctor, M’s husband, the surgeon who keeps everything inside. Now he’s completely different. The emotional shift is almost 180 degrees from that version of Serhat. From the cave scene to the hospital scene the emotions were already intense, but the hospital was a masterpiece. The way he could barely stay standing, the way he allowed himself to cry openly even though his guards were around him! he didn’t care. Because the woman he loves had just been lifeless in his arms. And look at the details: he went down on his knees twice in this episode for her. A man as powerful and towering as a mountain fell to his knees because he felt utterly helpless! First in the cave, when he realized he was helpless! she was fainting, the venom in her blood was faster than anything he could do, and his strength meant nothing in that moment. Then again in the hospital, when he finally reached his limit and simply couldn’t stay standing anymore😭 And this is the same man who showed almost no emotion when his father died. The same man who barely reacted when his mother had a heart attack. The same man who stayed composed when his legal wife nearly miscarried. The contrast is INSANE. thank you, #ilhanşen 🥹 Thanks to everyone who wrote Serhat’s character this way, and thanks to Ilhan for delivering it so powerfully. And thanks for all the tiny micro-details that people like me (the ones obsessed with details) will always notice.😭🤏🏻 #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı

You’ll smile from ear to ear by the end…. Today was the best day in Billy’s life. We gave him a little groom and put on his favorite bandana before taking him for a walk and breaking the big news to him… Billy has a forever home With a lovely family in Singapore. 🇸🇬 It’s amazing that he is even here today… 🔪 He was badly beaten up and left to fend for himself 🧠 His beating was so bad he had brain damage 😖 Billy had severe PTSD (he didn’t stop crying for days on end) 👀 He was 90% blind when he came into us 📆 It’s taken us 4 months to fix him up and rehab him 🏥 He’s had 3 trips to the hospital 800km away 💵 His medical bills are over $3000 but someone kindly paid to have his eyesight restored. It’s very rare id watch a video over and over again but I’ve watch the big with him running in this one about 20 times now. This is a dog who couldn’t put 1 foot in front of the other until recently. Billy is an older boy but nobody deserves to head off to his retirement home to be spoilt more than him.
