So Jao campaign is one of my proudest initiatives. Sleep is truly a crisis & educating around it is very important. Right from researching the topic, to spending endless time with my medical team to come up with the right publication & statistics to quote, it’s a labour of love. I write my own scripts & of course delivering in Hinglish (for higher reach) is the hardest part. Nowhere in the reel is Emcure or any brand or product mentioned. It’s purely for education & in public interest. This reel is especially important as it talks about a relatively recent article in JAMA & the connect between heart attacks & sleep blew me away. It’s about time we corrected our sleep routine. It’s a small effort that has a huge payback. # SO JAO

I love educating on health w the help of my medical team of doctors. As part of SO JAO campaign to create awareness on sleep crisis, I have made over 15 reels & this one addresses a very important myth. As we get older, we don’t sleep as well & then just dismiss it saying “ it happens to everyone with age, you need less sleep as you get older”. This is so incorrect & therefore this reel had to be made. You can find all my educational reels on sleep in the highlights section of my Instagram page. Do get educated & work on your sleep hygiene. My dream is to have a healthier nation !!

It’s real The only explanation Grok could come up with for this is it’s a “search engine glitch, or edited” Since it doesn’t look like this is edited, and it’s highly unlikely this is a “glitch,” this is every suspicious I’ll include Grok’s findings at the end of the video

I know this won’t be as cool to most people as it is to me because it’s my daddy and his crew logging at the tail end of the 80s, but the cool thing about this is my dad edited this video using only camcorders, tapes, vcrs and a tv. I can’t even recall how many times he edited the end so his arm going up in triumph would match the “you’re the best” in the song 😂 Simply The Best by Tina Turner - Logging Edition
