No, the Alien Enemies Act doesn’t say the President can deport people to prisons in third-party nations for having tattoos. It says he can deport non-citizens in times of “war,” who are from the “country” we are at war with. It says nothing about gangs, tattoos, or jailing them in countries they are not from. The judge has every right to protect our constitution. And that constitution promises them “due process.”
