And you have to understand that the way to get rich is not to spend it, to save it and let it grow. This is the key to success. I've been saying it for decades. You save twenty percent of your income in perpetuity, put it into the market, and you leave it alone. You start doing it in your late twenties, even if you just got the average salary, by the time you're sixty-five, you have one and a half to two million bucks. Stock market does that. You do it. But the reason most people can't is they don't have the discipline to save. They buy too much stuff they don't need.

We have a declining birth rate and much of that is due to more women not wanting children…. Or MORE children. But why? According to studies from UCL and Bath University, women still do the bulk of the housework/hands on childcare even if they work full time and out earn their partner…. If couples split and co parent, even if the woman works, again they predominantly have the children more and now women are experiencing burn out. My advice to anybody is to make sure that you do not pay more than a third of your after-tax income towards a mortgage, or you're gonna get yourself in trouble. You may have to downsize your house a little bit to abide by that rule, but if you're paying more than a third of your after-tax-free income to service your mortgage, you're putting yourself in a very risky position. You have to live in addition to maintain the home. There's taxes, there's monthly maintenance, and then there's the risk of variability of the actual mortgage rate. That really starts to put a squeeze on them.

So the way it's situated now is whenever you go to vote, when you go into the precinct in Georgia specifically, we have this screen that you select who you're going to vote for, just a touch screen. We call it a ballot marking device, BMD for short. — When I go vote, I click on a person — Just a little touch screen. So those are sized that every, for every 250 registrations on the voter rolls, now warm bodies, but every 250 registrations, you have one more BMD. And precincts have a certain number of bmds. So if you have a lot more registrations, you have more equipment, you have more precincts, it increases the budget for the county and the state” “The more people, the more precincts you need in order to, to let people vote in — You don't want to have long lines. But the problem is, is whenever you have like Fulton County that has 113% registration rate, clearly you have too many registrants.” “I'd mentioned before that whenever I first got started, I turned in something like 10,000 extra registrations.
