@MobilePunch @MKKyari @nnpclimited @NNPCUnderKyari @gsbabatunde And, these videos are evidence of loading at PH Refinery? Could these videos not have been taken at a Minna petrol depot?

Port Harcourt Refinery: My short story: -: You will recall that I shared the completion date of the refinery before. I chopped better insults. So, let me go and verify ooo. 1: We visited Port Harcourt Refinery this week to find out whether the Refinery don shut down as claimed by Punch Newspapers 2: The way PH refinery is built, you cannot be at the gate or in the building to ascertain whether it is operational or not. You have to visit another gate where you will be processed before allowing you to enter. 3: Precaution is important: You must have a safety shoes on. You must drop your phone to avoid accidents. Then, trucks that are loading have a particular gate they will exist from. 4: The Punch Journalist must have enjoyed himself at a nearby garden in Eleme with Pepper soup and bole. He does not know that tankers will not pass the main entrance. 5: anyway, the refinery is operational. Commendation to the past FG not Buhari and FG not Tinubu for providing leadership. 6: the workers in PH refinery are committed to sustain this tempo. They were not happy about this report. Thousands are working there. They would have reported it via their WhatsApp that the leadership of NNPC Limited were misleading Nigerians. Let us support them. 7: it is clear that the leadership of NNPC Limited under Mele Kyari, OFR worked so hard to deliver this old 60,000bpd refinery. 8: Energy sufficiency is a National Security. We must work hard to produce at home to deliver a better Nigeria. Better late than never. Engineering is not buying TV at LG shop. 9: Thanks to those who insulted me. You can see that it is working. SEEING IS BELIEVING- PH REFINERY Today, I was opportune to visit Port Harcourt Refinery to have firsthand experience on the operations of the refinery which commenced operation last month after about 3 years of intensive rehabilitation exercise. 1. The Refinery is a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPC Limited and is located in Alesa-Eleme, few miles from Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The petrochemical complex consists of 2 different refineries, the Old PH Refinery, commissioned in 1965 with a nameplate capacity of 60,000 barrels per stream day (bpsd) and the New PH Refinery, commissioned in 1989 with a nameplate capacity of 150,000 bpsd bringing the combined capacity to 210,000 bpsd. 2. After years of underperformance due to operational challenges and inadequate maintenance, NNPCL, under the able leadership of the GCEO, Mele Kyari, Mele Kyari, OFR, initiated a comprehensive rehabilitation of the refineries in 2021. This effort resulted in the successful restart of the 60,000-bpsd hydroskimming refinery on November 22nd, 2024. As of November 26, 2024, the refinery was operating at 70% of its nameplate capacity, producing premium motor spirit (PMS), automotive gas oil (AGO), household kerosene (HHK), low-pour fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). 3. We were taken round the entire facility and I was excited about this particular rehabilitation project because almost all the pumps, instruments, valves, cables, flow meters, pipes, control equipment, tubes and cases have been completely replaced making almost brand new facility unlike ordinary rehabilitation projects where just few things are replaced. 4. The refinery currently produces the following daily outputs: PMS- 1.4m liters Kerosene: 900,000 liters AGO or Diesel-1.5m liters Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO): 2.1m liters Loading was ongoing with about 5 of the loading gantries actively loading due to the upcoming holiday. 5. We also seized the opportunity to go round and see the ongoing rehabilitation of the New Refinery (150,000 bpsd) which is about to be completed with more than 90% of the major work completed. 6. The revival of this refinery is one of the best things that happened to Nigerians because it has brought about competition in the market which impacted significantly on the price. The price today is N935/L nationwide for Dangote Refinery product and even N925 in some cases for NNPCL product. This is a direct benefit to hardworking Nigerians who are only interested in powering their activities with scarce resources. 7. History will be kind to Buhari who initiated the project, President Bola Tinubu who ensured continuity and completion and also the NNPCL under the able leadership of Mele Kyari for their huge contribution to energy security and nation building. 8. Thanks to the team of Engineers onsite for the warm reception and education. 9. God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

🔥🔥🔥Today, I had the privilege of visiting the Port Harcourt refinery under the management of NNPC Limited and it was a deeply enlightening experience. The NNPC is paying the price for not telling its incredible story. The magnitude of what I saw deserves the loudest applause. For a moment, consider this: the 70% progress achieved so far at the refinery has involved laying over 300 kilometers of pipes and installing more than 800 kilometers of cables—an engineering feat of epic proportions that has gone largely unacknowledged. To walk through the facility is to witness the blood, sweat, and genius it has taken to breathe life into this 59-year-old 60,000 barrels per day refinery now producing at 70% capacity. Reviving such an aging structure is a challenge that defies imagination. Building afresh may sound simpler, but the financial implications would be staggering. For those who question Mele Kyari, OFR’s leadership, a visit to this refinery would undoubtedly change their tune. Instead of criticism, they would be singing his praises. I cannot overstate my admiration for the dedicated team that made this visit possible: Femi Soneye , Head of Corporate Communications; Bayo Adenrele , MD of Refineries; Mr. Ibrahim Onoja, MD of the Port Harcourt Refining Company Ltd; and all the other unsung heroes working day and night at the refineries. Your sacrifices may go unnoticed by many, but they are seen and valued. To Mele Kyari, OFR only Allah can truly reward you. For all the times we doubted you, may Allah forgive us. The work done there is nothing short of extraordinary. No one who visits the refinery will ever doubt the magnitude of all they are committing to make the refineries work. As for blending, lifting etc , I will share more on that tomorrow, Insha Allah. After my visit, I’ve found myself becoming an unofficial ambassador for NNPC. I feel a deep sense of sorrow for the organization, seeing how little information is out there about the immense commitment and hard-work they’ve poured into this project. This story needs to be told, not just for recognition but to inspire trust and confidence in what NNPC is achieving. #KemKem

SEYI MAKINDE RAISED THE SAME MATTER THAT I HAVE BEEN PLEADING WITH THE FGN TO EXECUTE SINCE 2023 SUBSIDISED PRODUCTION PRICING MODEL.THE SAME MODEL ADOPTED BY SAUDI ARABIA THE NNPC LTD AND DANGOTE REFINERIES ARE CURRENTLY FLEECING NIGERIANS THROUGH THEIR OBNOXIOUS ROCKET AND FEATHER PMS PRICE ADJUSTMENTS MECHANISM.. NMDPRA IS TIED UP BY THE CRIMINAL INSERTIONS IN THE PIB , THUS, HINDERED TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP THIS FLEECING.... I WISH TO SHARE MY CREATIVE SOLUTIONS AGAIN👇 I wrote the article below on July 2, 2023. I MODIFIED IT AGAIN IN 2024 AND MARCH 9, 2026... TODAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, I AM sharing it again for the benefits of those, who honestly desire to see Nigeria fixed ...PROVERB 25:5 IS THE LOT OF NIGERIA TODAY.... All over the sane world, what is subsidised is production and not consumption... 💢TRANSPARENTLY SUBSIDISING DOMESTIC CRUDE OIL REFINING AND WHITE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA ... ✍️The greatest impediment to creativity, production and support of honest entrepreneurship in Nigeria is the massive public sector corruption.... ✍️Nigeria has three refinery complex with combined refining capacity of 445,000 barrels a day that is dormant and refining nothing... ✍️The refineries are: 1. The Port Harcourt refinery comprises two units – the old plant 60,000bpd and the new plant (150,000bpd): 2. The Warri refinery has a capacity of 125,000bpd 3. The Kaduna Refinery with a 110,000 barrels per day refining capacity... ✍️Between 1993 to 2025, Nigeria has wasted over $17billion to $25billion on failed Turn Around Maintenance Programs on those three refinery complex with no success in sight . ✍️ These are brand new three refineries, that were built over a combined period, that spanned 24 years [ 1962 to 1986], between 3 Heads of State [ Gowon, Obasanjo and Babaginda] ✍️Kindly recollect that in March 2021, the Federal Executive Council approved $1.5 billion for the rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt refinery. The Federal Government said the rehabilitation contract was awarded to Tecnimont SPA, an Italian company, and the refinery would be rehabilitated in about 44 months. ✍️In August 2021, FEC approved $1.48 billion for the rehabilitation of the Warri and Kaduna refineries. $897 million would be spent to repair the Warri refinery, while the Kaduna refinery will gulp $586 million. ✍️The contracts were awarded to Messers Saipem SPA and Saipem Contracting Limited and the refineries will be rehabilitated in three phases of 21, 23 and 33 months respectively. ✍️kindly note that Melee Kyari and co, just like I predicted in 2021/22,wasted and misappropriated the whole $3billion without the Refineries working ✍️In 2026. President Tinubu rather than take the creative and more pragmatic steps of unbundling and Restructuring the ownership, operation and management the NNPC, so as to enable it run like the PETROBRAS AND NLNG, has once again like Buhari, caved in to the wrong counsels of these guys , who leech on our common patrimony, by approving another NNPC waste jamboree of $2.5billion with the Chinese. Any revamp works with NNPC still under the existing public sector corruption chokehold will never work . ✍️To build a brand new 160,000 barrels per day [8million/tons per annum] capacity refineries w equipped with catalytic cracking, vis-breaking, and gasoline units to yield upto 55% of gasoline from a barrel of crude processed with cost about $6billion ... ✍️Kindly note that out of this projected N6billion cost outlay, the very high proportion of “offsites” (production of utilities, storage, receiving and shipping facilities), represents almost 50% of the cost of such refinery..[ these facilties already exist in the existing refineries in Warri and Portharcourt ✍️Without sentiments, the Kaduna Refinery which is located far away from heavy crude supplies and looking at modern refinery technology in place today is way obsolete, unprofitable and should be scrapped

NNPC is trending because they want to sue th tiktoker for doing a video showing how their fuel burnt faster than Dangote’s fuel. But the interesting thing is in paragraph 3. Also, they’re are still importing fuel, perhaps Malta, allegedly. Few days, ago a content creator bought 1ltr of Dangote Refinery’s fuel from MRS, and 1ltr of NNPC’s fuel. Put the two in different brand new generators. Alas, NNPC lasted 17mins, while Dangote’s lasted 30mins. Nigerians argued that the experiment was flawed, citing generator engine difference. Today, NNPC released a six paragraphed statement debunking the claims. Stating it is an attack from saboteurs, they will pursue legal steps and the experiment is amateur. In paragraph 3. They argued that the “NNPC” fuel the guy used in the experiment was gotten from an independent NNPC retailer who perhaps sourced their products from Dangote.. — Dangote, who “adheres” to strict industry standards. Basically implying that Dangote’s fuel is more quality than theirs. As their’s is focused on affordability, in context. Recall, during the peak of NNPC & Dangote beef, NNPC categorically said Nigerian do not need premium fuel. Despite claims that Warri Refinery, Port Harcourt refineries are now working, according to NairaMetric, NNPC imported over 200M litres of petrol just between February 1, 2025, and February 12, 2025. Anyways, before this video.. a lot of people have given positive reviews of Dangote’s fuel, and it’s contrast with NNPC’s. All insisting that Dangote’s lasts longer than NNPC. Dangote went into partnership with MRS to sell his fuel. MRS is owned by his step brother Sayyu I. Dantata. Ad• Use Vendr Utilities to effectively manage your estate!
