The way this dude talks I know that everything he cooks is fucking delicious.

@RWillSays Legitimately 🤣🔥

Seasoning the potato's "boiling water" with chicken bullion and garlic is an old school method for subtle flavor in your mashed potatoes, well done sir 👏

Here's his YouTube channel

Bookmarked. That was a great tutorial. Can’t lie.

“When BAE say he hungry, you get fed…”

😂😂😂

The aluminum foil tent was life. Peak tendernism 😋

Absolute tendernism ❤️🔥🤣

He makes removing that silver skin look so easy. Sometimes it is, sometimes it's not.

Bookmarked .

He’s so authoritative yet relatable. I will do anything he says in the kitchen.

@brendansauce555 He is both knowledgeable and hilarious

I agree with everything this man preached, but using spread in his potatoes... that shit is straight poison. People stop using petroleum in your food, use real butter!

Agree 100%. Sub for butter!

Yes I bookmarked this awhile back and tried it recently. Excellent!

Spot on bud

@medraresteaker

@BunnyGirlBags this man knows his shit

Anybody else thought of Jennifer Lewis while listening??

How is this gentleman not staring in his own show food network? @FoodNetwork

3 seconds in I had to leave. OMG

I saw this a while back and followed to a T. When I tell you these are delicious, I’m down playing. Bone fell right out when I picked them up and made for an amazing dinner.

He spit facts the entire time. Not a single bad piece of advice. Great clip.

Absolutely! 🔥🔥🔥

When smoking, I do this same exact thing, but use Butt Rub as a bbq seasoning. 3 hours on smoker. Two hours (with foil) with the butter, honey, brown sugar, in the oven, and 1 hour back on smoker with the bbq sauce, sweet baby rays of course. I love grabbing a rib by the bone, and Juss slinging the porked goodness right on my plate! 🫡🍻 solid recipe.

It really is 🥲

The seal is the crucial part, make sure it's tight. You can cook the ribs for 3hrs at 260F and to finish, open the seal add the bbq sauce, grill for 5min, no mustard or other sugar required, it will be ultra tender yet grilled to perfection.

This is true! 🔥

Nope Membrane on Season 2x... Don't need all that butter, brown sugar.. I want great flavored meat, not a candy coating JMO .....

I saw this last night. Woke up at 2 am dreaming of these ribs. Went to the freezer and grabbed a pack. They are now in the oven!!!! I’m so excited!!!

Nice one! I hope they come out great! ❤️🔥

They were so perfect and awesome!!!! My husband, “our rib cooking chef” was so impressed. quote: now how did you make these? Oh and the potatoes were to die for! I’ve never used sour cream. Hats off to you!!! I will definitely be trying more of your concoctions!!! You the MAN

Dude had me sold with the Cheerios box on the refrigerator 🫡

Sorry, I disagree with the low salt mention, it absolutely DOES NOT make your pork tough. Any pork product needs kosher salt rubbed on, and brought to room temperature, before cooking. Trust me on this. It will be the most moist pork, you have ever had.

I agree with you on this 🎯🎯🎯

Casually saying he washed his meat in vinegar and lemon juice like that's normal.

I appreciate his straight forward no nonsense style. I could follow him

I came to the comments to see if anybody new what black woman he sounded like and it doesn’t seem like anyone does 😂😂

So how long were they in the oven after the first initial smoke of 2 hrs?

I have no words - this looks amazing and he keeps going with the seasoning and then after all that the butter, brown sugar, honey and BBQ sauce

It's a decent tutorial, missed a few things. He didn't trim the ribs, so there'll be some very overcooked spots. Way too much sugar though, pork is already a sweet meat. He went a lil light on the seasoning though, I prefer more bark.

Bro the way you went in on that rib, yeah as good as they looked they was!

Ditch that "Butter Spread" crap and use real butter. It's not difficult to toss in some garlic powder and herbs, and you can do without the canola oil.

I need this guy to teach me algebra 😂

He could probably do it!
