People always ask me how I’m so good at pull ups given I’m 280+ pounds. My simple answer is bc I started treating them and training them just like my barbell strength exercises. Here are 3 variations to improve muscle density and strength The key IMO got real density should start at training muscles at end range. There are 3 approaches that I use and that I program for others. First, you’ll see a traditional rep. The important thing is the rep is using full range of motion. Talking about BMA… last night I arrived from Kenya and the border authorities told me I must pay a R3000 “penalty” 😳 I asked for what exactly… suddenly it’s “something wrong with your old passport”, no clear explanation, from the Pedi guy. Talking about BMA… last night I arrived from Kenya and the border authorities told me I must pay a R3000 “penalty” 😳 I asked for what exactly… suddenly it’s “something wrong with your old passport”, no clear explanation, from the Pedi guy. Next thing I’m taken into a small immigration room… you can already feel what they’re expecting 👀 but when they realised I’m not about that “cold drink” life, suddenly everything was fine and I was free to go 😭 Now we must act shocked when a whole bus of undocumented people travels deep into the country?? Come on… At this point it’s not just border control, it’s border “negotiations” These systems are clearly corrupt… I wouldn’t be surprised if people are paying their way through while others are randomly threatened with fake fines. The real question is: are we dealing with illegal immigration… or legalized corruption at the border? 🤔

Got roped into a flag football tourney… Played 6 games & made it to the Chip… My first Championship football game since Aaron Rodgers & the Green Bay Packers beat us in the Super Bowl. Ironically, it was his tournament and we were playing again. 20 minutes on the field and not one word. Just looks, nods, and the occasional tilt of his sunglasses. Oh, & this fist bump after he threw a 30 yard no look, go ball touchdown. I left Keenan Allen hanging 1 on 1.
