How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. If it's full-time, it's a job, there needs to be a step back at the end of the day, for your own sanity. Hope this reaches those that want to go full-time as a VTuber!!!

If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post below

Your baby needs a little tummy time daily. Yesterday I wrote about crawling, noting that with sleep recommendations now (wisely) advising infants sleep only on their backs, babies are spending less and less time in a downward facing position - making it all the more important that parents build well supervised tummy time into their daily routines. Tummy time has many benefits. Primary among them, it strengthens the back, neck and arm muscles that help with holding up the head, rolling over, sitting and crawling. It also helps to decrease the incidence of flat spots on the back of your baby’s head. And it can help relieve gas and constipation, just to name a few. You can begin short, supervised periods of tummy time as soon as your child is born. These earliest sessions often begin on mom’s chest - but can be done on other safe surfaces as well. Begin with 2-3 minutes at a time and work your way up. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends increasing the frequency and duration of these sessions to the point your baby spends a total of 20-30 minutes a day by the time your baby is 7 weeks old. Be forewarned that, especially early on, tummy time is a workout (and therefore not always well liked by some children) - but with time and experience will help to develop the muscle strength your newborn lacks. 'What if I don't find anyone else?' 'I don't have time to cook!' 'I don't have time to workout!' 'I have nothing to feel happy about' 'I can't sleep!' Your life will not change, unless YOU do! You need to change your mindset! No one can do it for you. You can CHOOSE to see silver linings OR just the possibility of rain. You can CHOOSE your HARD... - Struggle through a workout vs struggle to look at yourself & how unhealthy you've become - Struggle to learn a new skill vs struggle in a job you hate. Trying to see beyond your unhappiness, 'bad luck' & bad choices is confronting & can feel impossible...BUT it isn't!! It's possible! Not over night but gradually...taking ONE DAY AT A TIME! Be kind to yourself! Changing your mindset & working on overhauling years of negative thought processes is far from easy but in doing so, you'll reclaim your POWER & take back control of your own happiness. Choosing to go out into the sunshine to drink a cuppa (instead of staying cooped up indoors) won't make your problems disappear...BUT it gives you a few seconds of CALM to REFOCUS your thoughts & a dose of Vitamin D & fresh air, while feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. In making that choice, you reinforce your self-worth: you deserve time for yourself & you deserve to feel good. It's a simple choice that can completely change how you feel for the better, even if just for a moment. In time, your days can become full of those moments & you'll no longer need to look for the light in the dark. You will BE the light! The beacon of your own happiness ❤️🫂 #mindset

this is the worst local ai will ever be. it only gets better from here. if you are not expanding your mind with these small models you are missing what's happening right now 99 percent tool call success rate. when steered well with the right skills and a framework like hermes agent the node becomes a cognition layer. not a chatbot. not a toy. an extension of how you think. i was cranking this node at 35 to 50 tok/s all day on personal experiments and now after all the work is done qwen 3.5 9B is iterating on its own code. the game it created. fixing its own bugs autonomously. and the part you should probably not miss is that all of this is happening on a RTX 3060. not an H100. not an A100. the card most of you have sitting in a drawer right now. if you just open that drawer and put that intelligence to work every tensor core on that card should be running for you. your work. your experiments. your thinking. you all have it but because nobody told you what this hardware can actually do in 2026 you never tried. the day it unlocks is the day you test your workload, understand the tradeoffs, debug the loops, and then decide if you need to scale the hardware. there is no point buying 3 mac studios when things done well you can squeeze a similar level of intelligence from 9B compared to 70B. but only when you create the right environment for your model through the right harness. and let me tell you i have tried claude code as a local harness. i have tried opencode. i have tried various others. somehow i landed on hermes agent and never left. there is something magical going on at Nous Research. the tool call parsers, the skills system, the way it handles small models natively. nothing else comes close for local inference. own your cognition. your AI. your agent. your prompts. your experiments. why give them away for free. those are who you are and they don't belong on someone else's servers being monitored. just give it a shot with your existing hardware. you run into a problem the community will help you. and if you are migrating from openclaw to hermes i will personally help you make the switch.

STOP poisoning your babies!! "Day 13 after the 💉 7:39 am before daycare 5:10 pm intubated because he can’t breathe. Life flight coming to get him. Life flight leaving with him Him TERRIFIED not knowing what is happening. Chronic ear infections needing antibiotics that wreck their gut? Sick shortly after receiving 💉? “When I got to him that day he started to turn blue. I picked him up and held him out in front of me to open up his airway. He was still moving all extremities at that point. Minutes, maybe even seconds who knows, later his arms went limp and fell back behind him. The rest of his body then quit moving in my arms as well. 9-1-1 rushed us to the ER. All tests, blood work, scans, x-rays were normal. They intubated him because he was struggling to breathe on his own. Life flight came and reintubated him because he was uncomfortable. We got to Childrens at the same time they did. They admitted him and immediately took him for his MRI. Dr. Cullimore knew what was happening before we even got there. They had just had 2 children with the SAME thing leave in the last two weeks with it, they came from the same ER as each other. One left a day before we got there…but it’s “rare” right? They asked all sorts of questions. So many tried to blame his daycare provider. I knew that would never be the case. After his MRI she sat us down and specifically said “this can be caused by a vaccine or a virus”. My heart sank. I knew what happened to him. Still mad I didn’t get that on video. If you can plan a nursery, you can take the time to read an insert for your childs safety and wellbeing. My baby was not sick.”
