A verdade liberta. O controle mental, não. Hi Maria Ressa I am addressing this long post to you here on X, knowing it will reach you directly. In a decade from now, you could ask any listener what they remember from your Harvard commencement speech, and the vast majority would only recall these shocking words from your 23-minute address. “Because I accepted your invitation to be here today, I was attacked online and called anti-semitic. By power and money”, Because they want power and money.” Words you carefully selected, reviewed, and edited for months, a speech that you describe was more difficult for you to prepare than your The Nobel Prize acceptance lecture. In the Ethics of The Fathers 1:11, Avtalyon, the great rabbinic sage from Jerusalem, in the 1st century BCE cautioned, "Sages, be careful with your words, lest you incur the penalty of exile, and be carried off to a place of evil waters." Your words hold weight, and it's vital to avoid ambiguity and imprecision, as they can lead people astray. Your Nobel Prize celebrated your defense of free speech and your commitment to combating fake news and misinformation, and speaking truth to power. Your entire career and public role is to amplify the words of King Solomon in Proverbs “Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit—you choose. You are a leading voice in warning of the danger of how conspiratorial words online can lead to physical hate offline. One of the most pernicious outcomes of social media is the record level of Antisemtic and hate speech targeted at Jews in 2024. Shockingly, during your commencement speech, you violated the values you espouse by allowing your words to be interpreted to fan the flames of age old tropes of Jew hatred of how they lust for money and power. While I acknowledge that your intention may not have been directed against Jews with money and power, but rather against those in politics, media, and business including Harvard Alumni, both Jewish and non-Jewish, who accused you of being antisemitic online, because they seek power and wealth, you knew that your words would easily be misconstrued. When you stood on that podium, it was your voice that was the power. Now it is the public that must demand a clarification to speak truth to your power. The President of Harvard Chabad, Rabbi Hershey Zarchi, was correct to ask you to clarify your words on stage, immediately after the speech, that he and many others found to be antisemitic and when you would not agree to publicly clarify, he did the most important public protest against your easily misconstrued words and walked off the stage. The walk off of the year, this time standing tall with truth to your power. You should clarify your words and explain what you meant and who you were referring to on one side and apologize for failing to be vigilant in avoiding language that inadvertently fuels bigotry, Jew hatred and discrimination. You also used similar words later in your speech to describe Mark Zuckerberg and the tech bros, controlling the world. When George Soros was named in political attack ads by the right, during the last presidential election cycle, it was rightfully called out by the left as antisemetic tropes. I wouldn’t otherwise include your words against Mark Zuckerberg as antisemetic tropes, as I believe his success and the power of Meta/ Facebook to be the fulfillment of what is possible in the USA. Considering how you were carefully vague on who you were referring to in your response to those calling you antisemitic, your attack on Mark Zuckerberg can also be misconstrued as another “Jew” controlling the world. Yes, it is horrible and unnerving to be accused of being Antisemitic, hate speech was hurled at you during your career from being accused of being part of the CIA to being a communist, you should relate personally to what has long been done to Jews no matter if they are rich, poor, exalted or downtrodden.

Facial reconstruction of a 5,750-year-old man from Koskuduk, Mangyshak peninsula, Kazakhstan During archaeological investigations of the ancient settlement of Koskuduk I near the city of Aktau in the Republic of Kazakhstan, A. E. Astafyev discovered a burial (No. 1) containing a human skeleton lying in a flexed position on its left side. The burial was covered with stones. The author of the excavation attributes the settlement to the Oyuklin culture of the Eastern Caspian region, which formed through interaction between the local population and migrant groups of the Khvalynsk culture of the Volga–Ural region and the Kelteminar culture of Central Asia [Astafyev, 2006, p. 169]. The skeleton belonged to a mature male. The braincase is very long front-to-back, narrow side-to-side, and tall. The forehead is moderately wide and sloping, with very pronounced brow ridges (especially on the left), giving the skull an archaic appearance. The back of the skull is rounded with weak protrusions; the mastoid processes are large. The face is of medium width and height. The left orbit is of average height but relatively low, though for ancient populations it is considered high. The nasal opening is damaged but was likely narrow; the nasal bones are large and strongly projecting. The canine fossa is deep. The upper jaw is long and narrow, with a high palate. Facial profiling is sharp. The face is vertically straight, but the alveolar (tooth-bearing) part projects forward. The lower jaw is narrow but wide at the angles, with a well-developed triangular chin. Overall, the face is high and robust. The craniological complex of the Koskuduk individual can be stated quite definitively that it belongs to the Southeuropoid type. In this respect, it has nothing in common with the known skulls of the Neolithic-Eneolithic populations of northern and eastern Kazakhstan (Botai, Zhelezinka, Ust-Narym, Chernovaya II, Shiderty), which represent variants of steppe and more northern origin [Rykushina, Zaibert, 1984; Ginzburg, 1956, 1963; Ismagulova, 1989; Yablonsky, 1998]. Taking into account the archaeological parallels of the Oyuklin culture, it is possible to compare the Koskuduk skull with those of the Kelteminar and Khvalynsk cultures, where the Southeuropoid anthropological types have also been noted. 🐾 Exclusive: Puppy abuse caught on camera but questions over official investigation linger Iredell County, North Carolina — After receiving several emails from people familiar with the situation, we looked into a troubling video involving a dog named Goose. The footage, said to be from a security camera at the individual's home, allegedly shows Frederick Marsian of Troutman , North Carolina using extreme “discipline” including manhandling the dog and using a taser after the dog reportedly got into the trash. Sources claim this was not an isolated incident and say he has previously gotten rid of other dogs, including a puppy and a German shepherd, and has used a taser on animals multiple times. Sources say three dogs live in the home with Marsian and girlfriend Madison Harmon, who reportedly claims Goose, in the video, is her dog. The other animals reportedly include a puppy rescued from a Walmart parking lot and a blue heeler mix named Winnie, said to have been given to Marsian by his mother. The young puppy was allegedly left in a crate for more than 14 hours at a time with minimal food and water. Marsian has reportedly said the sheriff had already checked on the dog and that there would be no consequences. Now we're hearing from sources that the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office said the incident could potentially be treated as a misdemeanor and that they are now looking into the situation. 🐶 Let's make sure that this dog gets justice. No dog should be tased, especially for reportedly getting into the trash. Dogs should not be treated like trash, either. Based on accounts, this is an issue that needs to be stopped soon or there's a possibility the dogs could be in even worse danger. 📞 CALL TO ACTION Iredell County, N.C. Sheriff Darren E. #AlexCoughlan Has Been Laid To Rest On His Birthday In a cruel twist of fate, Alex Coughlan has been laid to rest on his 38th birthday (May 30th, 2026). This specific date was incidental, as his loved ones did not have Alex returned to them until Friday May 29th. RTE were in attendance this morning. No other media appeared to be present. RTE's attendance felt like a box-ticking exercise: standing, arms folded, across the carpark of Stafford's funeral home in Ballyfermot, gazing at the mourners gathered, as a faded Irish flag flew on a pole nearby, tethered by a single cable tie. They reported little on the touching aspects of what was to be a celebration of Alex's life. The omissions feel calculated and in keeping with the lack of overall coverage of Alex's death. They published a short, dispassionate article about what was an incredibly moving service. I have, at the time of writing this piece, found no other articles online about the funeral itself—not even a mere mention today that it was taking place. The service for Alex was open to all, and this fact further indicates that what RTE and other media have not reported illustrates a lack of respect and a desire to conceal, as opposed to a desire to honour privacy. In the wake of his passing, RTE (purposely?) reported inaccurate details, leading to incorrect speculation and victim-blaming (which caused further unnecessary pain for his loved ones) around the circumstances of the day Alex left his home (and did not return until yesterday, where he lay in repose). Now, that is quite enough about the government's mouthpiece. Today is about Alex. Mourners were asked to make May 30th Alex's day. Everyone who gathered was asked to sing "Happy Birthday." As tears are not usually seen when singing "Happy Birthday," it was a well-wish like no other, for a human being who, for many there, was like no other. The words were sung in a heartfelt manner, with the sad realisation that he should be here celebrating. The backdrop behind the casket (with a single red rose upon it) was the Irish tricolour with lighting that subdued the green, white, and orange as it stood, standing in silent guard, as Alex made his final departure. Pictures and clips of a smiling Alex and his family, friends, and significant life events played throughout the service. He was spoken of as the glue that held his family together. It was clear Alex was a shining and guiding light in the lives of many. The celebrant spoke of the necessity to ensure that the circumstances leading to Alex's untimely departure be prevented, so that no family ever has to suffer such a loss again. In the final minutes, all who gathered were asked to sing "Ireland's Call" as family members carried Alex's coffin upon their shoulders past the crowd. He had been a proud Ireland rugby supporter in life. It goes without saying, an abundance of tears fell throughout the service, but particularly during singing. Upon leaving, people were asked to have a shot of his favourite tipple in Alex's honour (Jameson and Coke) as they made their way out. Alex was brought to Glasnevin Cemetery for a private cremation. If you are reading this, raise a toast for Alex today, who will be forever young at 38. #SpeakHisName #RememberHim PLEASE KEEP COMMENTS CONSIDERATE, AS ALEX'S LOVED ONES MAY COME ACROSS THEM. By Susanne Delaney "Ireland’s Call Come the day and come the hour Come the power and the glory We have come to answer Our Country's call From the four proud provinces of Ireland Ireland, Ireland Together standing tall Shoulder to shoulder We'll answer Ireland's call From the four proud provinces of Ireland Ireland, Ireland Together standing tall Shoulder to shoulder We'll answer Ireland's call Hearts of steel And heads unbowing Vowing never to be broken We will fight, until We can fight no more From the four proud provinces of Ireland Ireland, Ireland Together standing tall Shoulder to shoulder We'll answer Ireland's call."

DURARE / DURAR OUT NOW. Conocerse, desearse, inventarse, entenderse. Y, ¿porqué no? Volverse locos juntos. Descubrir lo bonito que es compartir un destino. Durar. Es Posible. • From the very first moment in the studio when I started singing this song written two years ago with Edwyn Roberts and Paolo Antonacci and produced by Michelangelo and PaoloCarta, I knew it would be the first single from my new record that I wanted to introduce myself with after such a long time. This song is about how it is possible for me to still believe in love stories that want to build a life path to think together. To know each other, to desire each other, to invent each other, to understand each other. And even to go crazy together. To discover how good it is to share a destiny. DURAR. It is possible. ‼️🇺🇸: NASA JPL AT CENTER OF MISSING SCIENTISTS & WHCD ATTACKER FOUNDED BY OCCULT LEADER WITH TIES TO ISRAEL 👀 Jack Parsons, co-founder of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and Aerojet—didn’t just pioneer the solid-fuel rockets that won WWII and launched the Space Age. He summoned 'gods' while doing it. In 1945–46, while developing the castable composite propellants that still power modern missiles and boosters, Parsons performed the Babalon Working: a series of Enochian sex-magick rituals with L. Ron Hubbard as scribe and red-haired artist Marjorie Cameron as the invoked “Scarlet Woman.” Their goal? Incarnate the Thelemite goddess Babalon on Earth and birth a magical messiah. They chanted in the Mojave, masturbated onto sigils to Prokofiev’s Second Violin Concerto, and declared victory when Cameron appeared unannounced. Parsons was a devoted follower of Aleister Crowley—saw no contradiction. Crowley himself called Parsons “the most valued member of the whole Order, with no exception.” By day: JPL founder building America’s rocket future at Arroyo Seco. By night: leading the Agape Lodge O.T.O. sex-magick commune at the Parsonage in Pasadena, complete with animal sacrifice, polyamory, and invocations to open portals. Parsons led the California O.T.O. lodge under Crowley’s direct blessing. He interpreted Thelema through quantum physics and rocket science: “Magick is the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will.” JPL’s official history whitewashes this. Imagine that. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Fast-forward to 1950. Parsons is blacklisted from classified U.S. work after FBI probes into his “subversive” occult lodge and past leftist ties. Enter Herbert T. Rosenfeld, president of the Southern California chapter of the American Technion Society—an explicitly Zionist organization supporting Israel’s technological and military development. Rosenfeld hires Parsons to build Israel’s early rocket program. Parsons prepares technical reports (some still classified from his Hughes Aircraft work) and plans to emigrate with Cameron. He was literally about to hand U.S. propulsion secrets to the new State of Israel. A Hughes secretary types the docs and reports him to the FBI for espionage. Declassified FBI files confirm: investigators suspected Parsons was TRANSFERRING CLASSIFIED ROCKET TECH TO ISRAEL and acting as its agent. He was investigated, cleared in 1951, but the damage was permanent—NO MORE CLEARANCES, no more big contracts. He pivoted to Hollywood special effects while still chasing the Israel dream. June 17, 1952: Parsons dies in a lab explosion mixing fulminate of mercury. Official ruling: accident (he was notoriously reckless). But Marjorie Cameron never bought it. She suspected anti-Zionists murdered him for trying to arm Israel—or LAPD payback for his past testimony, or something darker. She spent decades performing blood rituals and astral sex-magick to contact his spirit, convinced his death was part of a larger pattern. The timeline they don’t teach in aerospace textbooks: 1930s–40s: Parsons co-founds JPL while leading Crowley’s occult O.T.O. lodge and the Babalon Working. 1946: Attempts to incarnate a Babylon "goddess" while inventing the fuels that defined the Cold War and space race. 1950–52: Pro-Israel rocket consultancy—FBI espionage probe—mysterious death before he can leave for Israel where he was attempting permanently migrate. The link of the lab that became NASA’s crown jewel. Crowley’s Thelema, Parsons’ rituals, and real ties to the founding of Israel’s defense tech—all hidden in plain sight. Why is this buried? Why do propulsion and classified-tech “missing scientists” threads keep circling back to these same institutional circles? What's REALLY going on here? 🤔

‡ Brant – Fast, Expensive, and Worrying In a recent 2yo MSW race at Santa Anita, Brant, a $3m OBS March sales purchase, made a winning debut for his high-profile connections. Sent off at odds of 4/5, he tracked the pace before taking command on the turn, and drew off to win by 5 1/4 lengths. He recorded a very fast raw time, and a 101 Beyer figure. His high auction price was due largely to his having breezed an eighth of a mile in :09 3/5 at OBS. In the wake of the bidding, Amr Zedan, who purchased the colt on the recommendation of his trainer, Bob Baffert, and bloodstock agent Donato Lanni, was quoted in TDN as saying: "These horses are difficult to come by. He ticked all the boxes. He was a very precocious Gun Runner with a great pedigree. And more importantly, if you have someone like Mr. [Bob] Baffert in your corner, that gives you the courage and the guts to just go after quality. And you'll know they are in the best hands to turn them into champions. This one is for the team: Donato and obviously Bob and his ability to turn them into champions. So if you have the great team, the great training, the rest is easy. Was he pricey? Yes. But quality dictates price. So I never hesitated.” The hyperbole, and boilerplate optimism, are understandable, as even owners with very deep pockets prefer not to dwell on their inevitably long lists of expensive failures. But Zedan and their team have also enjoyed a number of high-profile successes, including Taiba, another Gun Runner colt, which won the Santa Anita Derby and the Malibu, both Grade I, before being retired to stud. Lanni, who has signed for at least some of Zedan's other good horses, was quoted as saying: "This is what the boss [Baffert] wanted and what Amr wanted. Gun Runner is a tremendous stallion and he worked really good and galloped out good. He did everything you want one to do.” Again, boilerplate, and if one were to take the reactions of the owner and agent at face value, it would be easy to arrive at the conclusion that the horse had no faults. But that would be naïve. So, let's first take a look at Brant's pedigree. Gun Runner is a "top" sire, and well-capable of getting high-class runners. It's a bit too early to fully judge him as a source of durability, but excluding his current crop of 2yos, his runners are only averaging 10 career starts. That number will rise, but likely not enough to reach, let alone exceed the contemporary industry average of ~15. In other words, though he himself raced 19 times, and won his swan song (the Pegasus World Cup) at five, there is no evidence to suggest that he is likely to eventually prove to be a particular source of durability. Brant's dam, Tynan, raced 13 times, and he is her first registered foal. His second dam, Pappascat, has produced at least five foals to have raced, and while only one has reached 20 starts, four of the five raced at least 12 times, which by today's degraded standards, isn't so bad. The fact that the coat color inherited by Brant, and his dam, can be traced to a notably unsound influence, Unbridled's Song, may or may not be meaningful. But I wouldn't ignore it as a potentially worrying connection. Brant's dam-sire, Liam’s Map, was lightly raced himself, and both his sire (US) and dam have poor records in terms of durability. As a sire, he has thus far produced numbers similar to Gun Runner. So while Brant's first two dams promise more than many that I have come across in similar assessments, and his sire displayed durability on the track, his overall pedigree suggests average durability at best. And what about the word that Mr. Zedan used twice in the above quote – "quality"? Well, Curlin is a quality sire, but in terms of bottom-line production, it leaves a lot to be desired. That's not to say that there are no good runners to be found, in fact the closely related Pappacap, under Brant's second-dam, was a Gr. III winner, and twice Grade I placed. However, through Brant's first six dams at least, I believe there to be just a single Grade I winner, Al Qasr, a Champion stayer in Peru, which appears under his fourth-dam. That is not, by any reasonable definition, a strong bottom-line, although it is fair to say that Brant's first dam is unproven. *** What might be learned from Brant's debut race? Everyone can see that he ran fast, and was much the best of that field, but I would say that there were some nuanced aspects of his performance that were both interesting, and worrying. Those nuances relate to his action, as viewed both through the pan shot, and head-on. Watching the basic (pan) view, Brant appears to display some "knee action". It isn't extreme, but also isn't the type of action that ideally suits dirt runners, and I wouldn't say that the colt appears totally comfortable. Here's a brief, related post on knee action, for reference: Then, we have the (embedded) head-on view, in which Brant displays seriously distorted action in his near-fore (left front leg; right when viewed head-on). It's a fairly extreme example of what is called "winging", and for a number of reasons, does not bode well for durability. Such action is never desirable, and is typically related to certain foreleg conformation flaws, which may include an offset knee, and/or toeing in or out, etc. Note also that under typical American racing conditions (i.e. tightly turning, left-handed tracks), the left front leg is subjected to the greatest torque, which amplifies the potential for injury. It should go without saying that there are occasional anomalies, horses with poor action that remain sound despite such flaws. But they are the exceptions, and it is not uncommon to find abbreviated careers associated with such action. For further reference, here is a link to a closely related post that I wrote after a filly named Amor Fati broke her maiden in eye-catching style in February of 2024. She has made just one further start, and hasn't recorded a work over the past 15 months. What's interesting about Brant is that there are two separate issues relating to his action, and that the some obvious mitigating steps that could have been, or should be taken, in efforts to keep him sound, were not, and are unlikely to ever be taken. First, with regard to his knee action, keep in mind that it is a characteristic that is more typically associated with turf horses. And guess what? Brant's dam was a turf horse. His second-dam was also at her best on turf, and was Gr. II placed on that surface. Also, in some respects, he physically resembles that female line more than his sire. Of course no one who spends millions on a horse that breezed exceptionally fast at a 2yo sale would be thinking "turf", given that the commercial market, and stakes schedules greatly favor dirt runners. But at the same time, it would be a mistake to assume that a fast breeze at OBS necessarily indicates that a given horse will be best suited to dirt. I say that partly because the OBS track features an all-weather surface called "Safetrack", which is far from being identical to dirt racing surfaces. While countless horses have gone through those sales and excelled on dirt, it should never been taken for granted that it will be a preference. And to further flesh out the point, take a look at Brant's breeze video through this link (his pedigree page can also be seen): Despite being rushed to cover a furlong much faster than he ever will again, I would say that he looks smoother, and displays slightly less knee action than in his recent debut race. Why? Could it be, perhaps, because he would prove more comfortable on turf and/or synthetic tracks, than dirt surfaces? Given how he ran first out, this is purely an academic point, as there is virtually no chance that his connections would consider switching surfaces, unless his form on dirt were to deteriorate badly. The second, more important point, relates to Brant's distorted action. I can't find a head-on conformation photo of the colt, but would be very surprised if he does not display flaws in his near-fore. Even in the very unlikely event that the leg were to appear correct, such distorted action would have been on display at the sale, as well as in pre-training at Eddie Woods' farm. And it defies belief that experienced horsemen who were prepared to purchase an extremely expensive horse for an important client would not have covered that base. Which in turn begs two important questions. First, why recommend the purchase of a very expensive horse, no matter how fast, that has yet to race, and displays such distorted action? Secondly, why choose to give such a horse to a trainer whose style and history suggest that injury risk would likely be amplified, rather than mitigated? The answers to those questions help to illuminate why the breed-to-sell paradigm is so insidious. As long as breeders and stud farms are willing to overpay for stallion prospects, and turn blind eyes to conformation defects, distorted action, lack of durability, and modest female families, the connections of horses like Brant need only hope that they hold together long enough to win one or two big races, enabling them cash in. These are the number of career starts made by Zedan's previous best (and expensive) male runners: 9 Arabian Lion 6 Arabian Knight 9 Muth 10 Medina Spirit 11 Hejazi And as long as the AGSC (American Graded Stakes Committee) continues to enable the paradigm through its dishonest KY Derby "prep" Grade I designations, the ultimately damaging feedback loop will likely continue. The answer to the second question is closely entwined, and should be obvious. For all of his faults as a trainer, Baffert has long produced results in stakes races that lead to valuable stud careers, so owners who wish to play the breed-to-sell game consider him to be a logical choice. Of course Baffert and Zedan are hardly alone in supporting the dubious paradigm. But that a horse like Brant could bring millions at a sale, and be given to a trainer who trains very hard, and has compiled a very poor safety record, underscores the extreme degree to which the value of durability has been marginalized by the industry. One final note, and it's a genuine qualification that I always make when producing this type of post, I hope that Brant will enjoy a long, injury-free career. But if I were a betting man...
