The inner tradition of Chinese Medicine calls this “Zhi” or, Will. Stored in the kidneys. The Sheer incomprehensible potential of the unborn. Drawn from the source of life itself. To bring forth what is within you as no one has nor can. It is our birthright to discover. When guided from the Heart this power expresses as love in action.

That’s a great advise. Make your actions the evidence to believe. You don’t have to belief it before you do it. Just do the thing and put in the effort, give your best.

Good advice. Before I watched this one I was thinking of that quote from his character in the movie Instinct about the illusion of control. Having control over other living creatures is an illusion.

Our thoughts become reality, so think good things.

"Act as if you believe" is so powerful. It's hard to know if you truly believe you can accomplish your goals. Acting if you believe eases the uncertainty until you really believe.

Nice. I’ve always found when I feel unconfident to pretend. Apparently, confidence comes from confidence. Who knew.
