Everyone knows insurance is a scam and the insurance lobbying groups were able to get "leaders" to make it law in so many cases that you MUST have insurance. Pay for decades, then finally have a claim only to have to fight tooth and nail to get some relief. We allow it.

Good morning X Fam. If you’re watching the aftermath of Helene, you know it’s horrifying. What’s worse, after the last hurricane, insurance skyrocketed so a lot of people did not have insurance. The devastation is unbelievable. Chimney Rock, NC, gone. Dams failing, roads and bridges washing away - so much for that infrastructure bill.

This 77 year old gentleman served our country and lost everything in Helene. Is he getting help? No. His home is ruined from the flood and the insurance company is giving him the run around. He can’t get up to his home because the terrain is so messed up, and his electric chair was ruin in the flood. Listen to his story. It is so heartbreaking. He will take any help he can get. Our veterans should not be treated like this. It’s sad and makes me mad as he‼️!

State farm adjuster confronted on his refusal to approve claim. It's not often that most folks get to see what is going on behind the scenes, but this happens more than you know. You have a professional roofer that is telling the adjuster that this can't be repaired, but because they do not want to pay out on the claim the adjuster is giving a bs excuse claiming it's repairable. This happens with all insurance claims. These companies are not your friends.
