It's cool and artistic but it doesn't need to be explained like this. Most people won't even get it. The video is about eating the rich and how it just recycles over and over. We have leaders, they get power hungry and consume everything in the system they devised until it runs dry and the system they created winds up consuming them. Then out of the death of that system a new one is born and the cycle starts over. It'll have a fancy new name, everyone will be happy and then the downfall of that system eventually happens. The end.
