I remember as a teen reading MacLean's magazine about "TO the Good"& it having a "tiny perfect Mayor". Torontonians were justly proud of their city-the "safest city in the world"-It seems the pride is gone. Sad. Restoring that pride begins, methinks, with giving Chow the heave.
