We got caught off guard earlier in the year by a tornado warning. We rushed to get cover. Nothing happened to us but we were so worried about ourselves that we didn't think to make sure our powerwall was charged. Thankfully Tesla's powerwall charged from the grid! We had Storm Watch feature on and it recognized that we were getting a storm. Good thing it did, because the tornado didn't hit us, it hit a couple of high tension power lines miles away that affected us for 60+ hours!

So nice waking up in the morning, with the heat (or AC) running all night, and seeing we ran on Powerwall all night. You can’t beat that.

False. Powerwall 3 installation requires 35,000 inputs in Ohio.
