Think this through. If ppa gets the trash illegal cars off the streets, parking won’t be an issue. To do this, they have to ticket and tow; everyone has to follow the parking and permitting rules. Try supporting this effort or Get your car off the street if you don’t like it. You are not entitled to free parking on city streets.

He's gonna be really pissed when he has a boot on his car for not paying the ticket. Don't get me wrong the PPA is pure evil. The generate over $35 MILLION a year in parking tickets.

Park your car legally and you will not have to worry about getting tickets. The problem with certain parts in Philly is everyone parks like a police car in an emergency. Buy an empty lot if it bothers you that bad and park on it. Or sell your car and get a trans pass.
