why are skin distributions for dlc chars so weird? characters from the second most recent dlc never get skins from whatever the most recent dlc is and i've just consistently wondered why thats the case.

Please tell me you're finally updating the older characters. They have been the same since launch a few enemies, new stages and characters are awesome but that won't fix the issue of the rest of the cast feels extremely lackluster and that the game is still mostly the same.
