If BJP with its might does 10% of it, it can't be removed from the system. This will make a true ecosystem and life long loyal vote bank. Start a job Mela in every AC and get good candidates placed in the companies known to the local leaders. One job = 10 votes.

How can an mla fulfill these promises without real executive power ?

Oh he does 50% of that BJP, RJD, LJP and Congress are doomed. Let's see if they allow that to happen. If govt doesn't support him insuaoect he will raise money from Biharis outside bihar and make it happen. #challenge

It's really great. But speaking from personal experience and encounters - most of the 10k people will give the offer a pass or quit after 2 months - esp if the job is not within 50 km of their home. I wish I am wrong this time.

He may have to run multiple programs for skill development/enhancement, since some/many/most of these jobless "graduates" may not be fit for employment in factories or offices just based on a certificate. All the best to him 🙏🏾
