Been boxing 6 days a week to keep my nut straight & it’s worked. Got a few good rounds in today, I honestly believe the first go to for mental health should be fitness before you try anything else, it’s made me feel amazing. Being able to do somthing hard, scary or that you simply would rather not do for the long term benefit instead of opting for short term instant pleasure takes strength, mental strength, that takes constant work, but it’s possible. I was sick of being so weak in the mind, I feel in control now. Without boxing my sobriety would be alot harder. Get that work in on your body & it will sort your mind 👊🏻 #boxing #fitness #mentalhealth #sobriety

I had the privilege to help to launch the much waited new low profile sheath for impella. These are the main changes: 1. No need to peel away, not tapered and leave in!! 2. 1.5 fr smaller than prior generation 3. Hydrophilic dilator, no need to pre dilate (was already not doing but even easier now) 4.
