Night feeds prep - natures fun huh! Good news is I have this as menopausal symptom 🤦♀️

sadly insomnia can come back in menopause. I had it so badly then. Was the same time every flipping night. 2:20 am and lasted for hours. Totally sucked

Never been pregnant🤷♀️but does menopause insomnia count too? It‘s f annoying also 😫maybe more bc there is no „nice price😉“ afterwards 🫣
