Her perspective is demonstrably false, merely repackaging racism for black people as "prejudice" to make it more socially acceptable. If we entertain her claim, wouldn't programs like DEI, affirmative action, and Supplier Diversity Programs be textbook examples of racism? Wouldn't organizations such as the Black and Missing Foundation, Black Women's Blueprint, and Center for Black Equity be overtly practicing racism? And wouldn't institutions like Harvard, UNC, and Cornell be admitting students based on racist ideologies?

Why did she not mentioned DEI which is clear systemic racism? But she brought up things that are a byproduct of basic colorblind economics. Black prejudice ironically often does decide who gets the job and the promotion.
