Charles Kanjama: Normally, when a right to fair trial or fair hearing is infringed, you invalidate the hearing, you set it aside, or you order a new trial. This is the first time in my experience as a lawyer that the court has made a clear finding that the right to a fair trial was substantively violated but has failed to reverse the underlying outcome of that fair trial. The court said our hands are tied because impeachment is final; we cannot undo it. Well, here we find out Barros WAS shown the photo but not during Trial 1. It was pre-trial 1 prep. Lally must have "forgot" to inform Hank of that. Just like he forgot to remind Hank the holes in sweatshirt were caused by the lab. The CW is DIRTY. This man is a BRAVE good cop.
