The court at that time said we can overturn the outcome of the impeachment, but today it has said once the impeachment is done, it cannot be overturned. Well, here we find out Barros WAS shown the photo but not during Trial 1. It was pre-trial 1 prep. Lally must have "forgot" to inform Hank of that. Just like he forgot to remind Hank the holes in sweatshirt were caused by the lab. The CW is DIRTY. This man is a BRAVE good cop.
