Post-Match Interview promos are now confirmed for Universe Mode in WWE 2K26. thanks to The Pro Wrestling Shoot As shown in this Cody Rhodes clip, your superstar can now cut a promo after winning a match, addressing the audience about a future title opportunity or he the superstar become the No. 1 contender. 🔥 This is great news. I can’t wait to see the new cutscenes for these post-match interviews. Sadly, there are no backstage interviews. #WWE2K26 #WWERaw

- Cody vs. Randy rivalry turned into Jelly Roll vs. Pat McAfee. - Punk vs. Roman feud became Punk vs. TKO. - Drew McIntyre is being treated like a jobber in 2026 - LA Knight is getting screwed for another year. - "Demon" Finn vs. Dom without the IC title involved. - Fumbled Chris Jericho's WWE return - Still no Iyo Sky match at WrestleMania. We are just one week away from the biggest show of the year, but there’s still no hype. Hunter, you’re going to f**k up once again!

This blonde bombshell in denim shorts and boxing gloves trades heavy punches with a brunette babe in a black sports bra during an intense backyard fight. The brunette lands a solid hit that sends the blonde stumbling back while the ref in a white shirt jumps in and gets knocked out cold. Then the crowd cheers from behind the blue tape. This raw backyard boxing match ends with one fighter on the grass as the crowd losses it's mind. You wonder if turning a backyard into a real boxing ring creates epic memories or just invites unnecessary injuries and drama. Would you step into the ring for a friendly backyard fight or stay on the sidelines cheering?

**Traditional Engine Order Telegraphs:** The bridge unit and the engine-room unit are connected by two chains (or wire cables) that run through conduits over sprockets, forming a continuous loop. When the bridge officer moves the handle, it turns a sprocket that pulls the chain, which in turn turns the corresponding sprocket and pointer in the engine room. This classic system does not require electricity; it relies on a direct physical linkage, ensuring that both dials always mirror each other. Here’s a typical sequence of operations: The bridge officer grabs the handle and swings it to the command position, for example, "Half Ahead." This movement not only moves the engine-room pointer but also rings a bell or gong to alert the engineers. The engineers then adjust their own handle to match the position indicated by the bridge officer; this movement serves as an acknowledgment and rings the bell back on the bridge, confirming that the order has been received and understood. Only after this acknowledgment do the engineers work the throttle and reversing gear to carry out the order. It is common practice to first execute a full sweep of the handle, moving it all the way to one extreme and back before settling on the actual command position. This exaggerated motion serves two purposes: it rings the gong loudly and unmistakably, ensuring everyone is aware that a new order is coming, and it checks that the mechanism and chains are not stuck or slack. On some ships, this full sweep also signifies an important or urgent change (such as switching from ahead to astern), emphasizing to the crew that they need to pay attention because the situation is critical. After completing this sweep, the handle is adjusted to the desired position. This telegraph is from the Steamship Shieldhall (video credit as well). Go check her out on

For months I have been wanting WWE to promote and feature Giulia more on SmackDown and not just be relegated to backstage segments. In the past 4 weeks she has wrestled and won every match that she’s been in and not to mention she is starting to FINALLY cut promos. Do people think that these “insane crowd pops” are gonna come out of nowhere after being poorly booked for months? It’s going to take time, but featuring her every week to wrestle and to cut promos is a very good start. She got reactions tonight btw. #SmackDown #ジュリア

🥚 Raw Eggs — They are nature's fast food, and a complete food, with every nutrient you could need. A raw egg digests in only 27 to 37 minutes, which is phenomenal compared to other foods containing protein and fat, like meat and milk. This is because egg is a fully liquid food. The body doesn't need to use any digestive fluids, hydrochloric acid, to break it down, it will absorb within the first 5 inches of the intestine only, from bacterial digestion alone. Of course, if you cook the egg, this doesn't apply anymore. Cooking not only destroys nutrients, especially enzymes and vitamins, which impairs digestion, and generates toxins, like heterocyclic amines from proteins, and cauterizes the minerals, but it coagulates the egg. This not only makes a raw egg the perfect food to get instant energy in a healthful way, but a vital food that can save someone's life. If your digestive system is so compromised you cannot digest other animal protein, like meat, raw eggs will work. Or if you have leaky gut, they digest before they even have to go through the G.I. tract. In general, if you want to give your digestive system a rest, eat raw eggs, you will get back appetite for other foods very soon. In the next post of this thread is a quote of Aajonus' most incredible testimonial on the healing power of raw eggs. They are also the best food to repair. The only thing that Aajonus found that eggs cannot do is help the body reproduce cells quicker. That takes raw meat. So long-term, you cannot replace raw meat with raw eggs, they work complementarily. Don't discard the egg white. Aajonus proved the avidin in raw egg white is not an anti-nutrient. Aajonus ate up to 60 raw eggs a day (one or two dozens on most days) since 1976. He confirmed there was no biotin deficiency whatsoever. The narrow-minded lab experiments do not explain what actually happen and then draw the wrong conclusion. What actually happens is that biotin mixes with avidin to make a compound that cleans the body of biocarbons, which are leftover byproducts from macronutrient digestion that need to be eliminated by the body. This is actually a good thing. Plus, there is an excess of available biotin in raw egg compared to the amount of avidin. It is also recommended by Aajonus to not eat raw egg yolks alone either, as it creates imbalances when on a raw diet (this doesn't apply on a cooked diet). He did the experiments on animals, feeding them raw egg white and raw egg yolk separately, and it made them extremely hungry, they required twice as much food, had huge imbalances emotionally, caused obesity, water retention, all kinds of problems. So, if you go to a restaurant, you can request the egg white to be included in your steak tartare, just like Aajonus did. What about salmonella? Salmonella is already on our skin, in our eyes, our nose, our mouth, recycling dead cells. They are beneficial bacteria, not pathogenic. Of course, this isn't medical advice. Look into Aajonus and more broadly into terrain theory vs germ theory. Don't refrigerate eggs. Only in the USA do people do this. If you wash the egg, you remove the protective membrane around it, then health departments require them to be refrigerated. Just don't wash the eggs. Eggs are a bit of a fragile food, many of its natural bacteria die when in cold temperatures, so it's better to keep them at room temperatures, or they will lose digestibility. You can blend raw eggs, however it will oxidize them, destroying certain nutrients. There are three enzymes in the egg white which prevent certain hormones that help certain diseases progress like cancer. If you as little as whip the raw egg with a work, these enzymes in the egg white oxidize within seconds. Raw eggs are a detoxification food. They are rich in cholesterol. If you drink alcohol, eat plenty of raw eggs (before, during, after), and you will avoid a hangover. The cholesterol in raw eggs is very good at collecting the alcohol and other toxins. They also enable the body to make solvents to break down toxicity like cellulite. Raw eggs can be fermented, and aged in various ways. Century eggs, the real ones (which are around 25 years old), can cost a thousand dollars. They transform in all sorts of shapes, they can look like green boiled eggs, jewelry, eggs that could belong to a dragon, or turn into white, black powder. They can give incredible energy and libido. How to eat: If you eat the raw egg white first, then the yolk right after, the raw egg will digest in 27 minutes, otherwise in 37 minutes. It is easier to do so from the shell by poking a hole on each side and sucking from it. This is "Aajonus-style". From a glass is "Rocky-style". Nowadays also called slonking. Make the egg go through your teeth while you drink it, this makes it easier to mix it with saliva, which allows better digestion. That only works if you eat only one raw egg at a time. If you eat several raw eggs at once, they will digest slower. Not an issue, it is still extremely healthy. Therefore eating raw eggs frequently throughout the day, one at a time, can bring a steady flow of nutrients to your body. Eggs are perfect to eat upon waking up, providing quick energy from fats and providing protein for the body to make glycogen from and feed the nervous system. They are perfect to eat in-between meals. Only take a couple seconds and get you going for hours, and whenever you get tired. Eggs help gain and lose weight. It all depends how you combine them. A raw egg eaten alone can lead to weight loss, except if you eat more than around 22 a day to maintain. Aajonus' weight loss protocol relies on eating a raw egg diet for 1-3 weeks and is very effective. Raw eggs can help remove cellulite, strip down toxic fat (which is fat that was used to store toxins). Eggs eaten with other foods, or several at once, don't have this weight loss effect. They are very good to eat with other foods, such as raw meat (steak tartare). You can easily eat 3 raw eggs with your raw steak. There are many recipes, from raw pastries, to sauces like mayo, milkshakes, ... where you can keep the egg raw and whole.

Not to throw shade on the US government, but they have been rejecting science, stalling clean energy advancements, and even planning to drill for fossil fuel in national parks, risking irreparable damage to our climate. One way to fight back is to support companies that move us in the right direction. My friend, one of the founders of Mado Dynamic smart window shades, showed me the prototype of his new technology and I totally geeked out! It may seem like a small thing, but energy loss from windows is a huge contributor to global warming. These shades will automatically adjust to keep heat out (or in, depending on the season and time of day), even when you’re not at home so less fossil fuels are burned to keep homes comfortable. And the founders of the company are trying to create a product with a price point low enough to be broadly accessible to average consumers everywhere from the US to the EU and India. So do me a favor: Check it out and invest in the kickstarter. We can still rally to build good things even when our government is working to destroy things!

Just got home from Vegas, and it’s making me chuckle to see the discourse around Phish at the Sphere in my mentions. Those posts blew up! So many hot takes and cultural karenification. It’s not that serious. A lot of it is coming from the self-appointed cool crowd with zero curiosity about the experience… the exact type of people who are probably anti-amusement park, anti-cruise, anti-arcade, anti-roller coaster, anti-Magic Castle or Medieval Times. Relax. Whimsy still has its place in how we spend our leisure time at a low-stakes cultural spectacle. It’s like getting mad at the catering for a wedding you weren’t invited to or something? Obviously I had a great time on my spring vacation of choice. But, like a human golden retriever, I’m also the kind of person who always has a good time in an experience instead of trying to find the misery in it. Those of us who go to Phish know we’re big old dorks and a little cringe, just like Renaissance Faire or Civil War reenactors or people who go to ComicCons. Or wrestling. Or F1. Whatever! We mostly own it. Anyway, here are some more rage bait visuals from Tweezer. This is exactly what it’s going to feel like opening up the laptop on Monday. Especially because I have to go to the dentist for the third time in a month this week..

There's a huge problem in the trucking industry that nobody likes to talk about. I don't mind talking about it, though. I'm not going to hold back now. The FMCSA is a failure. They're allowing inexperienced drivers on our roads with your families. Some are here on work visas, and some are US citizens. How many people have to be injured or die before they start listening to us? Will you or a loved one be the next victim? I hope not. Trucking Across America with the Schmitts and I can fix this if you advocate for us.

In 1995, 77.1% of global primary energy was provided by fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, and oil). As of 2024, 76.4% still comes from fossil fuels. That's a 0.7 percentage point drop in 30 years. World governments have spent TRILLIONS of dollars on “green” energy projects, and it has barely made a dent in the energy mix (note, these figures are based on the substitution method for fair comparison, so it slightly lowers fossil fuel figures). The fact is that renewable energy sources, like them or not, are largely add-ons to existing energy sources (primarily fossil fuel and nuclear power) that provide us transient savings in optimal conditions. That may change in the future with battery backup as they become cheaper, but that still won't address the fact that oil is STILL going to be needed for lubricants, plastics, fertilizers, etc. Oil is the backbone of modern society, so even if it were to no longer to be used as fuel, it will be used in another capacity and wars will be fought over it.

The cycle of life, every instant, in your mitochondria. The major electron carrier in mitochondria is NAD+. When it collects an electron from the food you eat, NAD+ is converted into NADH. NADH then feeds the electron to the electron transport chain so the electron can flow to oxygen - the ultimate electron acceptor. How easily electrons make their way to oxygen determines energy resistance (éR) following the energy resistance principle (ERP) Mitochondrial matrix and cell cytoplasm are two different "sealed" compartments, but there is a special system that connects the NAD+/NADH pools between mito and cytoplasm: the Malate-Aspartate shuttle The Malate-Aspartate shuttle shown below is how NADH from the cytoplasm (made by glycolysis) is carried into mitochondria. The electron transport chain can then regenerate NAD+ by respiring the flowing electron. Everywhere in biology: energy transfer. Sometimes without molecular carriers. Here with a number of enzymatic intermediates, creating an integrated electrical circuit. The circuit is in service of the flowing electron looking for a place to rest. Getting back onto oxygen to become H2O (water) again, as it was initially before getting ripped off by light energy and stuck onto a carbon backbone in a green leaf. Animation by Janet Iwasa lab
