Jacinta Allan has just appointed another highly paid public servant with Queenslander Frankie Carroll to head the suburban rail loop project on a $900,000 salary (that's more than the PM)! On top of all this, he doesn't want to live in Victoria himself (do you blame him?) so taxpayers will be forking out for his commuting back and forth to Melbourne.
