We need better education from @Eskom_SA on the issue of units & tariffs. The fact that tariffs work differently according to purchase date, area and season is something we seem to all not fully understand. There’s just not enough consumer education on these issues.

Let me be the devil's for fnb You first bought 250 electricity from Capitec and get 93 units then bought 500 from fnb on the same month......if this is the case, then you need to learn about electricity pricing. The more you buy electricity per month the less units you will get

@FNB is the worst bank. This is Extortion. I'm going through the worst right now. They robbed me. I'm now expected to prove I've been robbed. Meanwhile the transactions all happened via their app. That bank is frustrating 😒

Lucky her, I only get 64 units for R200… lapo @Eskom_SA wants a tariff increase of 41% which will reduce the units to only 37.

The issue isn’t the banks, it’s eskom and the municipality. When you buy and how often you buy counts it’s a complex and tricky thing
