This man took one Ambien in the hospital and woke up on the floor, watched water bottles levitate and spin like a baby mobile, and then had a full stare-down with Megamind in the corner. And somehow still lived to tell the story. The way he said “that’s some stuff you take before you go to sleep and wake up on the news for robbing a gas station” took me out. I’ve never taken Ambien, but I’ve definitely heard some wild stories over the years. It’s crazy how something meant to help you sleep can turn into a full-blown adventure for some people. Have you ever had a strange or vivid reaction to sleep medication?

I finally sat down and watched the first two episodes of "Dutton Ranch".. and l've gotta say, I'm hooked already. That Taylor Sheridan sure knows how to pull you in. What I can't figure out is how in the world that man finds the time to crank out all these shows. Seems like every time I turn around, he's got another hit lined up and ready to go. Not complaining one bit though... just hoping he doesn't run out of stories anytime soon. 👍

We are retrieved by an incredible team of Flight Surgeons and Crew Support Officers, who pick us up by helicopter and bring us safely back to land. And as always, we also prepare for things that might go wrong there. Training to escape from a capsized helicopter is essential not only for astronauts, but for the entire crew involved. In the event of an emergency water landing, the team only has a few seconds to get out -helicopters are top-heavy, so they can overturn and sink quickly. To prepare us for every possible scenario, the instructors challenged us in all kinds of ways: tinted goggles that block visibility, climbing out through a different window than the one next to us, escaping without using our emergency air supply, and more. I have a thaiji who has said multiple times how much she cried after her only son cut his kesh. She would keep giving me positive reinforcement as a kid for keeping mine. No amount of material success can make up for the pain these parents feel for the death of Sikhi in their family. True success is maintaining Sikhi and leveling up in life. It's easy to assimilate and lose oneself in maya. Discipline is difficult.
