#OnThisDay in 2006 - three days into the July War between Hezbolah and lsrael - Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah delivered his first speech since the outbreak of the war. Toward the end of his speech, he announced the targeting of the Sl'ar 5 Israeli warship that was patrolling offshore of Beirut. This strike changed the course of the war, as up until that point, the Israeli army had been convinced that its Naval Force was untouchable. This became an unforgettable moment in history for all those who have experienced lsrael's oppression.

This is incredible! The prophecy given to Nasrallah just a few days before his elimination: “Write your will.” “The Iranians betrayed you.” A chilling and precise message that predicted everything. And who was the one speaking? Mohammad Ali Al-Husseini, a Shiite cleric from Lebanon, who has known Nasrallah since their youth and for years has been one of the strongest critics of what Nasrallah and the Iranians have done to Lebanon.

For the first time since I came to Congress in 2013, I will not attend the State of the Union address. President Trump has shown complete disregard for Congress, for the laws of our land and the Constitution, and he has not respected the office of the Presidency. I do not respect him and will not attend his speech tomorrow.

This is Tadhg Hickey. (Tehran Tadhg) An Irish 'comedian' who has abandoned telling unfunny jokes in favour of far left activism and terrorist apologia. Tadhg consistently advocates for: ❌The destruction of Israel and the genocide of the Jewish people (via his support for Hamas, a terrorist organization who in its foundational document calls for the murder of every single Jewish man, woman and child). ❌The destruction of the US, who he defines as a corrupt and evil state, while at the same time supporting the brutal Islamic theocracy in Iran (which among eradicating the rights of women and lgtb+ people, routinely murders and tortures dissenters). He was invited to, and participated in a state visit to Iran in 2024, where he was filmed chanting "Death to Israel" earning him the nickname "Tehran Tadhg". ❌The propping up of Marxist dictators like Nicolas Maduro who destroyed his country and devastated the Venezuelan people. He also visited Beirut to attend the funeral of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah - Hezbollah of course being another terrorist organization responsible for suicide bombings (like the 1983 Beirut bombings), torture, assassinations, war crimes, et cetera. Don't be like Tadhg.

Will Russia's "Republic" of Tatarstan be the first to exit the "Russian Federation"? In Tatarstan, Culture Minister Yulia Agdamova was criticized for speaking in Russian and supported by other members of government present. The acting Culture Minister, Yulia Agdamova, was interrupted during her speech by a party leader, Hafiz Mirgaliev, who sharply criticized her for speaking in Russian. Why is this significant? Tatarstan is the drone manufacturing center of Russia.

Julius Malema did not start calling for the UNITY of Africa yesterday, — he has been advocating for it since the formation of the EFF, this was 9 years ago. But those of who started following politics yesterday, you would not know this. A principled leader does not change his political ideology and principles in exchange for political expediency.

TWO YEARS AGO TODAY — NASRALLAH WAS ELIMINATED On September 27, 2024, an Israeli airstrike on Hezbollah’s underground headquarters in Beirut’s southern suburbs killed longtime Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, along with other senior Hezbollah and IRGC figures. Nasrallah had led Hezbollah for more than three decades and was one of Iran’s most important regional allies. His killing dealt the organization one of the most significant blows in its history. Two years later, Hezbollah is still struggling with the aftermath. September 27 remains one of the most consequential dates in Hezbollah and Middle Eastern history.
