This commentary is interesting cause the person he’s describing is literally me One of the biggest reasons Xenoblade 1 is my favorite game of all time is because of how it answers & connects EVERYTHING. The Monado, faced Mechon, Telethias, Alvis — every plot point gets weaved into the story by the end with a answer + reasoning and I fucking LOVEEE that This is honestly why for me personally Xenoblade 2 & 3 don’t hit quite as hard as while the games are amazing, there’s multiple things that are brought up which never get answered at all or are left open-ended / ambiguous. And that’s perfectly fine for some people but it’s the type of shit that keeps me awake at night and going why tf didn’t they just say what the purpose of this scene was or what this thing meant 😭 But from all of this I do think Jake is really gonna love Xenoblade 2 / 3 now cause what he described in terms of how he cares more about the grounded stuff with the characters & party I do feel Xenoblade 2 & 3 excel better at since that is what those games are mainly about Will be very interesting to see the playthroughs for those but yeah sorry for the long tweet. Just wanted to get my thoughts on this out there because it really clicked why I love XC1 so much when he said this haha

Destiny 2 left a permanent mark on my life. The memories I’ve made with this game, both as a player and as someone lucky enough to work on it, will forever stay with me. Not just because of late nights running King’s Fall with friends, or grinding out the Crucible Glorious Seal in solo queue like a complete maniac, but because Destiny 2 challenged me, shaped me, and pushed me toward becoming the creative I am today. My journey into digital art and photography started back in 2007, when I began taking screenshots in Halo 3 and entering Bungie community art contests. The relationships I built during that time eventually opened the door to an opportunity with Bungie’s Gameplay Capture team in 2014, helping the team capture footage for a new game called Destiny. I had no idea then that a commendably short two-week contract would turn into an incredible 12-year journey with this franchise. I originally came to Bungie hoping to pursue environmental concept art, but along the way I had the opportunity to work on marketing art and quickly fell in love with it. Creating marketing art for a franchise like Destiny challenged me in so many different ways. It forced me to expand my technical, creative, and communication skill sets, constantly adapt, and keep learning new tools and workflows just to keep pace with the live-service beast that was Destiny 2. It means a lot to be able to look back and say with confidence that I had a visual impact on Destiny 2; but the most meaningful part of it all was getting to work alongside and learn from so many incredible artists at Bungie, and seeing firsthand just how much care, effort, and humanity it takes to make work like this possible. It’s hard to fully capture how much energy, skill, and collaboration goes into every visual part of a game like Destiny 2. That work is shaped by artists from different backgrounds, experiences, disciplines, and perspectives. Each of them, including me, left a small part of themselves in what they created. To me, that’s what makes a game like Destiny 2 feel truly meaningful and memorable. Especially now, in a world increasingly saturated with content and driven by instant output and gratification through AI, I keep coming back to the value of process. For me, and for so many of my peers, it was never only about arriving at the final image. It was about the journey it took to get there. The late nights. The iteration. The problem-solving. The trust. The shared pursuit of trying to make something special. To my peers, I’m deeply proud of what we built together, but even more grateful for how we built it. We challenged each other, inspired each other, and kept showing up for one another through every high and low, as Destiny 2 has had many. That kind of shared effort leaves a lasting mark. What we made mattered. What we gave mattered. And the impact of what we built together will stay with us, and this community, for a long time. Shoutout to the current and former members of Creative Studios, the VizD team, and the many Bungie developers and marketers who helped shape this chapter of my life. I’m especially grateful to the teammates who believed in me, encouraged me to embrace failure and new beginnings as essential parts of artistic growth, and pushed me to take on challenges even when they felt beyond my reach. You showed me that the strength of a team will always surpass that of any individual hero. As my work on #Destiny2 comes to a close and I look toward the future, I plan to spend the next few weeks sharing some of the pieces I had the chance to create or art direct that mean the most to me. For now, I’ll leave you all with a collage of some of my personal favorite pieces to work on across Destiny 2’s lifetime. These projects mean so much to me because many of them started as personal passion projects or late-night concept sketches, inspired by playing early builds of Destiny 2 and by the incredible work of our development team.

Life update. I've had another biopsy and I've seen two new doctors. It's hard to believe I'm going through cancer screening- again. I have referrals approved for 2 MRIs, CT scans, and 4 other specialists. I'm so fatigued I haven't scheduled any appointments. I'm still extremely nauseous, in an incredible amount of pain, and in bed outside of the stream. With all of this going on I want to share a couple of good things that have happened. I've accepted another film. This one has nothing to do with puzzles. It's a group of filmmakers that find value in me as a person and how I relate to others. They are fully aware of my health issues. Lastly, I joined a tennis group lead by Myles David. Everyone there is deep into the technical parts of the game but they have accepted me as a fan. They allow me to just run my mouth without complaint (so far). They don't know that I'm a celebrity to you all. To them I'm just a granny who loves Coco Gauff. I like that part. They have helped me hang on from one stream to the next without even knowing it. It takes a village applies to us all. I'm still missing you all and hoping to see you soon. Real soon. I love you.

I'm up late with the rest of you building AI agents with the new AI browser from Genspark. We can see where this is all going: a new kind of operating system -- one that is very different than the Microsoft centric way that I've been working for 20 years. There are several things that these new agentic browsers bring to you: 1. They let you change how you browse. With an old browser like Google Chrome, you go to your email, Facebook, or X. 2. With these new browsers, you tell it where to go and what to do for you. 3. It can even build software for you. At the end of this video, I have it building me a little YouTube uploading utility, which is very helpful. 4. They have a ton of "applications" built in. Think of it as a new kind of office suite. Docs. Spreadsheets. Slide decks. And much more. All built with AI, not bolted on the side like with Microsoft's Office. 5. They have AI models built "underneath" so you can work privately and cheaply. There’s a lot of new choices you have to make with browsers like this. I’ve been playing with a bunch of them. Some have better user interfaces than others. Some have different versions, slide components, or applications. The reason I like Genspark is because they ship so fast. I’ve been watching this company since its very beginnings, and every week they ship new things. Just yesterday, they shipped a new photo editing feature for my iPhone. I upload a photo and then I can just talk to it and edit it with my voice. It's really cool. I try to reward companies that ship at such a fast rate and that are shipping innovation that improves our lives. It's not that I'm going to stop using Google Chrome. My whole life has been there for, I don't know, almost 20 years now. This is a different way of working and it gives me a space to run my AI tasks that's different than Google Chrome. I run them side by side. One doing old stuff, one doing new stuff. I can keep using Google Chrome for my old stuff, like my email and my calendar. And I use GenSpark or one of the new AI browsers to do new AI-centric things. All sorts of new things that these new agentic browsers open up! Have you tried it, or one of the other new ones yet? How has it changed your work? It takes a little time to get used to AI-centric ways of doing things. Pretend your browser is a team of interns. Give them a task, in this case I said "help me upload my videos to YouTube." You might be shocked at what Genspark does to improve your life. I am everytime I use it. I vividly remember planning my Thailand trip this time last year Just dropped out of my 1st year in uni Didn’t want to pursue a gap year or apprenticeship The coaching business I was building for 1-2 years flopped So had no choice but to move back in with parents One of the most down bad times of my life because I genuinely didn’t know what to do after all this I scrolled through Twitter one day and saw one of Jack Hartley’s tweets Complete paradigm shift “Ain’t no way you can rent a 2 bed villa with a pool for that much?? - I was paying the same for rent for my old uni dorm” From then on the goal was obvious TIME TO GET THE FUCK OUT “Thailand by March 2023” etched into my brain (I’m Asian too so my soul too) Over those next 6 months all I did was stack as much commission through appt setting Post content Seek mentors/guidance (like Ed) Sort logistics Etc. It slowly started falling into place Paid the deposit on our villa in Koh Samui, booked my flight and found a group of G’s to move in with (All thanks to the internet) And you know the best part? It’s hard to believe it’s already been 100 days since I received my Neuralink N1 implant. Looking back, the whole journey feels like science fiction that somehow became my everyday reality. So why we need open mainnet and when it's the good time to open and can we make it faster? I think Yes! WE build up Pi public blockchain is like we are building a highway. There are two options regarding price: 1. Let the pioneers and merchants slowly reach the agreement and we do nothing . This is let it go naturally. I do know some pioneers advocate this way. But I am sure it will take long journey because more than 45 million pioneers or maybe will never reach agreement. They will use from $0.01 to 1 million $ different price. 2. Our pioneers community advocate GCV because it has been accepted by a lot pioneers and merchants already. Of course if you want to put big items, this is your choice and pioneers will be appreciated. But my suggestion is to be Rationalism. If everyone can do a little, it will create big influence. As a pioneer close mainnet it's not a time to get profit for yourself. So please don't expect cross border or big items because merchant has business risk. I see some cross border barter incur which is based on individual merchant. When open mainnet, you can realize all of it. But now it's time to help GCV price as a trend from my opinion. 🚨 Alright, listen to me for a second. 🚨 The NEW version of Wayfinder, is the version of the game we needed from the start. It's pretty much unrecognizable from the model we saw months ago. ✅ Better performance, cleaner combat, better loot, better UI/UX, better sound design, you name it. 😖 Here's my problem: It could be too late. This reality really stings, because this is the game I feel the team wanted to show us from the very beginning. I truly hope their marketing team is able to pull it out the bag here and get big streamers playing it, and platforms promoting it with ads. 😈 If you're a Borderlands fan, this is the update you've been waiting for. Loot drops with rarities, levels, randomized stats, and there is TONS of transmog variety including player housing, mounts, weapon dyes, emotes, sprays & more. 🤖 If you're a Destiny fan, the worlds feel more open, with included patrols, and mini lost sector like basements with loot hidden amongst enemies/puzzles. 👹 New difficulty levels feel fun and challenging meaning the game is accessible to quite literally any skill level. There's now ARMOR SETS too, providing even more customization for your character as you level through the reworked skill trees, which now work like those seen in games such as POE/Diablo. 💸 And the best part? Zero MTX. Everything which was previously paid, is now a free addition and earned in game. I'm sure I'll get called a mega shill 🤓 for this post, but that comes with the FAME 😎 Seriously, check this game out when it launches. The team at Wayfinder have done a great job all around with this one.
