We do not want a machine to determine a candidate's fate. Therefore, there is no concept of "passing" or "failing" in gpt-vetting. The objective is to provide employers with a comprehensive view by offering more data. This includes an AI-generated report based on all responses, as well as a transcript. This allows humans to review and listen to the answers, aiding them in deciding whether to proceed with interviewing the candidate. This process supplements the candidate's resume, LinkedIn profile, and other relevant data points that influence the employer's decision to interview. In summary, AI does not pass or fail candidates. Rather, it equips employers with additional data, enabling them to make more informed decisions about advancing candidates to the next stage of the interview process.

I don’t think this is a good idea. People will just start needing to research how to best optimize their resume for AI, adding more unnecessary complexity to job applications

Terrible product.

Imagine getting your career entirely determined by a mfing computer 💀💀💀💀
