This man is an attorney in the United States, these are his views about what happened at Glastonbury compared to what Lucy Connolly was charged with. Lucy was convicted under The Public Order Act of 1986, specifically section 19 which deals with the publishing or distributing of written-material. Now, if you scroll down to Section 21 of the same act, it also prohibits the distribution, showing or playing of a recording, specifically section 1. A person who distributes or shows or plays a recording of visual images or sounds which are threatening, abusive or insulting is guilty of an offense if he intends to stir up racial hatred.
