@pinchingreality Have you taken farmers view in consideration because he has getting better prices due to ethanol production from maize and sugarcane. By your logic, people should also stop eating grains—1 kg wheat needs ~500–1,250 L water, 1 kg paddy needs ~1,500–2,500 L.
