Judge Frank Caprio was such a good hearted soul. Always enjoyed seeing him in the courtroom, because he never, ever felt intimidating. He was one of the few people who seemed like he was born to be a judge and lead, because he really did his best to help each person and not just punish. He was strangely comforting in a role that many of us naturally are afraid to be in front of. They called him the "World's Nicest Judge" and he truly deserved it. Found a clip he posted just yesterday on his page before he passed. He asked for prayers but more importantly, to be remembered. And I hope we honor that for him. Rest in love and light, Judge Caprio. Thank you for being one of the kind ones. 🪽

for many people outside the climbing community, 14 peaks: nothing is impossible was likely their first introduction to nirmal “nimsdai” purja. it was mine. i have always been fascinated by mountaineering and the people willing to push into places most of us will never experience. the documentary introduced me to one of the sports most extraordinary climbers and gave me a much deeper appreciation for what he and so many others do in the worlds highest mountains. if you have never seen it — it is well worth your time. rest in peace, nims.
