I have never heard any senior citizen brag about taking a cognitive test. He seems to be very proud to be able to distinguish between two different animals. He needs to help.

The MOCA Cognitive test only has THREE animals in all the examples I've seen. This is his most common type of lie to exaggerate numbers or numbers of things. In a year there will be 6 animals.
