🔵Botswana President Duma Boko got some occasional standing ovation at the ongoing African Union summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, paying tribute to his predecessor Mokgweetsi Masisi for how he handled his shock defeat in last October's elections in his country, while also extolling the virtues of his country's democracy and African history, resilience and democratic progress. Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa - twice accused of stealing elections back home - sat not far from Boko.
