Many will ask what the Freedom Flotilla did wrong, since they were "bringing aid" and "in the international waters". As if. But even then, here 's a small sumup of the infractions they committed under Israeli Law. Most systems of laws have similar dispositions, or worse. Don't forget, it's a war area. The Faketilla intended to breach Israel’s lawful naval blockade, a critical security measure to prevent aid from reaching Hamas, a designated terrorist organization. Among the counts, we can single: Count 1: Aiding and Abetting a Terrorist Organization (Counter-Terrorism Law 5776-2016, Section 24): The defendants knowingly attempted to deliver supplies to Gaza Hamas who's looting all the aid not protected by Israel. Liable to up to seven years imprisonment. Count 2: Attempted Violation of a Military Order (Defense Regulations 1945, Regulation 86): The defendants sought to enter a restricted maritime zone without authorization, undermining military security. Liable to up to one year imprisonment and/or fines. The Response of President Samia’s Administration to UN Human Rights Council is Nothing But Lies and Deception ⸻ The recent response by President Samia Suluhu’s administration to the concerns raised by DefendDefenders is filled with lies and deliberate misinformation. In his statement on behalf of the Tanzanian government, Ambassador Abdallah Possi made the following false claims: 1. Claim: There is freedom of expression through social media. Reality: President Samia’s government has severely restricted social media platforms. X (formerly Twitter) and Clubhouse are blocked and only accessible via VPN. The administration enforces the Cyber Crime Act—a repressive law used to blackmail, arrest, and silence dissenting voices online. 2. Claim: Tanzania upholds its constitution, as well as regional and international human rights obligations. Reality: This is blatantly false. Tanzania has violated both domestic and regional human rights laws. The abduction of The People’s President and Agather Atuhaire—who were held incommunicado, tortured, sexually abused, and dumped at the Tanzanian border—is a gross human rights violation. Additionally, Tanzania deported former Kenyan Chief Justice and ex-Justice Minister Martha Karua along with several others—an act in direct violation of East African Community (East African Community) laws and agreements. Tanzania’s actions also contravene the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. 3. Claim: Civilians have the right to express themselves. Reality: Each election cycle has been marred by violence, arrests, and fabricated charges against opposition members. Opposition candidates have been systematically prevented from running, resulting in CCM candidates winning uncontested. In the 2020 election alone, 28 CCM Members of Parliament won unopposed—some of whom now serve as ministers. This is not democracy; it’s manipulation. 5. Claim: The People’s President and Agather Atuhaire failed to disclose the reasons for their visit to Tanzania. Reality: If that were true, they would have been stopped at the airport—not abducted day later. Boniface was followed by police at his hotel around midnight, refused to open the door, and was later apprehended during breakfast. He was taken to an unknown location, tortured, sexually abused, and dumped at the Tanzanian-Kenyan border. These are crimes—not immigration issues. 6. On April 24, 2025, during Tundu Antiphas Lissu’s court appearance, dozens of civilians who went to witness the trial were abducted by police and taken to the Mabwepande and Ununio forests. There, they were tortured—some had their legs, arms, and spines broken. This is a gross violation of basic human rights. Sorry for coming back on this painful photograph again. This is not going to be erased from Indian memory that easily. Rahul Gandhi ji - is this what your #BharatJodoYatra for??? The person who is sitting on the extreme left on a tiny bench is none other than hon’ble Dy CM of Telangana, Mr Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka ji. He is the product of Hyderabad Central University and a senior legislator with spotless track record. Being Dalit seems to be the only sin he has committed. All others who are sitting on the chairs are hon’ble CM Revanth Reddy ji and Mrs Revanth garu, hon,ble cabinet ministers Mr Uttam Reddy garu and Mr Komati Reddy garu who belong to dominant community. One doesn’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand why Dy CM who should be sitting next to CM in the order of protocol. This is all because of deep rooted discrimination. If it is not, then: 1. CM could have asked his ‘grab all’ minister colleagues to offer their chairs to Dy CM 2. Senior Cabinet Ministers could have offered their seats to Dy CM to avoid embarrassment. 3. District Collector Yadadri or Executive Officer Yadadri Temple could have arranged more chairs sensing the situation before hand keeping the protocol issues in mind. All the above things won’t happen because of deep rooted bigoted mindset. Now and then it raises its ugly head by default. You can’t notice it oftentimes, sadly. There's only 2 possibilities when Rience Priebus says to General Mike Flynn that he and others were shown a document by then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and Deputy AG Sally Yates that showed Flynn discussing sanctions with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Because the actual transcripts of the phone calls **clearly show Flynn never discussed any sanctions**... 1. McCabe and Yates showed Priebus and others a FAKE DOCUMENT that made a false claim or 2. Priebus is not telling the truth when he told Flynn he and others [presumably Trump and Pence among them] were shown such a document by McCabe and Yates. I am **really hoping** once Pam Bondi is running the DOJ and Kash Patel is in charge of the FBI, SOMEBODY can get to the bottom of this. Does that faked document claiming Flynn discussed sanctions actually exist? Or did Priebus just make it up? INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW. Since this mythical 'Logan Act violation' was the impetus for Flynn's firing and then his more than 3 years prosecution by the FBI/DOJ/Mueller Special Counsel for supposedly lying to federal agents about discussing those sanctions, and this supposed document was flashed around to justify Flynn's firing, whether or not it ACTUALLY EXISTS is a very important question.

So, let's take a look at some things that would have been a violation of EO 13848 with National Emergency: Texas 2024. #KarenReadRetrial RENTSCHLER'S CONFOUNDING ADMISSION During a contentious line of questioning yesterday with Hank Brennan, Dr. Andrew Rentschler admitted that he knew the Commonwealth's theory of the case BEFORE he testified during trial Read's initial trial. Rentschler characterized the information they received during the trial as "evidence" under oath yesterday and stated it didn't change his opinion or analysis because he already knew the theory of the case. ARCCA tested whether or not throwing a glass could break the taillight and whether the head injury came from contact with the taillight, neither of which were even suggested in the prosecution's theory of a sideswipe and fall backwards. Add to this Rentschler's ludicrous statements yesterday about the insignificance of the DNA, the debris field and the taillight fragments embedded in John's clothes, and ARCCA's involvement in this case becomes even shadier.
